I had called another company Florida Home AC who came out to look at my air conditioner and who was supposed to order a compressor, had given me an estimate of $1700.00 for Labor, then never came back, nine days later still no phone call. I then called the Air Doctor who promptly came and estimated the repair and ordered a new compressor, came out the Very next day and installed it! Excellent service and honest people! Four hundred dollars cheaper too! They come out when you need them with no hassles even at night or in an emergency!!!

A huge shout out to Mark from Air Doctors who did an amazing job replacing both of my AC units and air handlers. Mark and staff were a pleasure to work with and completely professional at all times. His attention to detail was flawless. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was completely satisfied with every step of the installation. He was always available to answer my questions in regards to choosing the correct units for my house prior to me purchasing them... He also ensured that the units were properly registered so that I am fully protected with their 10-year warranty. Mark also made sure that all circuit breakers that controlled the units were properly labeled. And he performed a post installation review with me to make sure that everything was done completely correctly and that I would have no problem passing inspection. Overall, working with Mark from Air Doctors was a wonderful experience. He made every effort to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my installation and has assured me that he is always available if I should have any problems.

Mark at Air Doctors, is absolutely fantastic and the only person you’ll ever need for all your HVAC, electric, and plumbing needs. In our 4 year old home, our AC has had a few issues (thank you, Dream Finders) - and this year we found Mark.
The first time our AC went out, we got a 16K quote from Lickety Split under the pretext that our AC unit is too small for our home, and our duct work is bad, and a doomsday scenario of having mold in the house. They charged us $189 and did absolutely nothing under the name of checking our entire unit.
Mark fixed the issue for pretty much free when he helped my husband over the phone and it was nothing but a clogged drain pipe issue because of bad installation.
Next day, he came back & checked if the drain pipe was cleaned properly, and fixed the installation of the drain pipe sensor and other exposed wiring - for just the basic very affordable charge of a home visit.

The second time the AC suddenly stopped working, he came back after a quick call, again late at night, checked the compressor and pressures, and changed the capacitor to fix the issue. Now, most of you might think - “I can change a capacitor on the AC”. But, Mark went above and beyond to ensure our very poorly installed and wired AC unit was fixed as well (for no additional charge). Because my husband had already bought the capacitor, he did not charge us for that either, even though the one we purchased couldn’t be installed.
He also explained, all the exposed wiring again from bad installation was causing faulty electrical pulses causing issues in our unit.
The drain pipe sensor which is fixed the first time around, because of its previous bad installation, tripped the compressor and caused the capacitor to die quicker than its usual life.

This long story later, the summary is - Mark is the Micheal Jordan of all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. He believes in his work and helping his customers, and will not try to oversell parts and ensure only quality service.

I messaged them via google about a small issue and they immediately responded and said they would be over immediately to help. My a/c ended up breaking down and the beat everyone’s price and installed it the very next morning right before the hurricane hit. Instead of taking care of their own families and prepping for the storm, they made sure my family ( including 6 month old) wouldn’t suffer. I will recommend everyone Air doctors for their fast, fair and friendly services.

I just wanted to make awareness of my amazing experience with Mark and Alex over from Air Doctor’s. We had an emergency plumbing situation in which our main water line was carelessly exposed and was tripped on and snapped. We had to completely lose usage of our running water. They came out first thing in the morning and were very charismatic and ready to get to it. They made a huge problem feel so small for us after their arrival. They were in and out very fast and made beautiful work of a disaster. We now have running water again as well as a neat and unexposed water line now. They truly showed the pride they take in their work and will be contacted in the future for any of our further concerns thank you guys very much

Emergency a/c wasn’t working on the weekend Sunday I called to many companies to come fix my ac nobody showed up.
