We had a couple issues, but the owner handled the situation professionally and promptly. This is an honest and fair company and I would recommend using them for any AC issues.

The squirrel cage motor went bad in 1 of my Air Handlers and Sonny himself sent a tech to my house within 30 minutes. The motor was under warranty so he replaced it and everything is COOOOOL!!!

Very impressed with the process of getting my new ac unit installed. They dropped off a portable AC unit to take care of the family while we waited a day to install the new unit! Great service and price!

We called Lloyd's for a unit that was not cooling. They charged $400 per pound of R-22. With the service call we were charged $1,310.00. Do you really want to use these folks?

Lloyd’s has done a couple of jobs for us now and we will use them again. Very professional and we have no complaints. Wayne is a genius in his industry!

Big props to Wayne with Lloyd’s. I called with a problem I had with my downstairs a/c iceing up and he came out the same day. Found out I was low on Freon and took care of it. Super fast and quality work.

Called Lloyds Heating & Air and they were there troubleshooting the problem within an hour. Had a wiring issue which Wayne traced down and repaired. AC has been running great since....I recommend Lloyds Heating & Air to anybody experiencing AC or Heating issues.

It was a install for in and out unit on a house remodel. At first the unit was not cooling the house so I had them to come out a couple of times and they keep saying the unit is working fine. Also stated that they checked everything in the Attic but I had the attic hold moved and it was blocked so I knew they couldn't get in the Attic so they did not actually check the things that they stated they were checking. Now the unit keep blowing the fuse every time I turn it on heat the unit was installed only a year and a half ago but I've been having issues with it since the day that it was installed. They want me to pay a service fee to come out that would be fine only if I didn't have problems with the unit from day one. The owner was supposed to call me back over 3 months ago haven't haven't even heard from the owner. Then the thermostat has seem to went out as well. Every time I turn it on heat the fuse blows. Right now I can't even get any heat so I have to have another company come out and figure out what's truly going on with the unit. I I think it's the wiring because they did not even change the thermostat or upgrade the wiring when they installed the new unit but I'm not a HVAC person. If you want a company to do a complete job don't pick Lloyd's heating and air.

Our AC was frozen-not only diD Wayne show up with in an hour do me calling- we also got 2 technicians that were straight forward honest and efficient. They kept me informed throughout their repairs ,cut back the bush that was blocking the AC and offered tips to make sure it didn’t happen again. Price was very fair. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs an AC technician and use them again in a second (hopefully I don’t have to though😉)

I received a call back within 5 minutes. Wayne arrived within 30 minutes. It did not take long for him to diagnosis the problem. Wayne was very professional he did not try to up sell me or tell me other things were wrong with my system. Lloyd's Heating & Air is an honest company & I will use them again in the future.

Lloyd's Heating and Air was recommended to me online when the fan on my air handler unit stopped working in the middle of the night and I am extremely grateful for the recommendation.

The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He arrived ahead of schedule. He was able to troubleshoot the issue in a matter of minutes, locate the parts locally, and, once he had the parts in hand, he was able to complete the repairs in under 30 minutes.
While the price for this service was slightly higher than I would have expected, given the simplicity of the repair, I found (after checking around) that the charges were on par with other HVAC companies in the area. Also, unlike any of the other local air conditioning companies I have used in the past, this company did not try to "up-sell" me or try to talk me into replacing my existing system. Instead, he was very up front about which items needed to be replaced today, which items were beginning to show wear and would need to be replaced in the near future, and which items were showing no signs of wear.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will be calling Lloyd's again for any future air conditioning needs.

Prompt and professional service! Wayne came out same day and got the upstairs unit running right in time for the heatwave. Will definitely be renewing my Service contract and recommend calling Lloyds to get yourself on one too.
** Update - old unit finally bit the dust and after my great experience I knew who to call. Lloyds team came through once again getting a new one installed in quick fashion at a great price - if I could add a 6th star with this update I would! Thanks team!!

Great service!! Came home after work with an emergency repair on my outside condenser unit and George the tech showed up within 45 min and had me up and cooling in 30 minutes! Highly recommend Lloyds heat and air for any job!!

We had an AC emergency in the evening and a Tech was out within the hour. George was friendly and honest about the issue. He went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our unit was up to par. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has the need for repair/replacement and will use them again!

I am ONLY giving 5 stars because of Jorge he was the only person that took the time to handle the issues with my AC like a professional. Multiple issues with the company and the unit itself that was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Hopefully I will not have to deal with this company ever again. But Jorge is an absolute god send and I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness throughout all of my issues. Jorge deserves a raise and recognition for doing the right thing even when the company itself wants to screw over the customer. Thanks Jorge!
