Eddie was incredibly helpful and provided some great tips on how to keep our system running smoothly. The service was so great we didn’t hesitate to sign up for their membership for biannual checkups!

I have excellent experience . They so honest and transparency. I call another company because my ac stop working and they said I need a new ac the cost $11000.. I call epic cool heating for second opinion and wallaa different diagnostic. The correct one and they fixed for les $2000. Very professional I'm so happy. They did great tattoo job. Great people and service, very honest and transparent. Called on a Saturday and had two techs out the next day (to avoid an emergency charge) the tech were very friendly and for the service charge preformed a number of test within an hour and then came to me with the results and my options. Gave their advice and recommendations and left the decision completely in my hands with no up selling or any pressuring. Gave me a price for what they could do day of, some estimates on possible repairs down the road, and a quote if I went the rout of getting a new unit. Highly recommend them if you need any work done.

Five Star Customer Service with everyone I interacted with (Enea, Angel, Luis and Frank). Very friendly, knowledgeable and competent people I put my trust in and they didn't disappoint me. Enea did a quality job replacing a leaking HVAC evaporator coil, vacuuming and recharging the system with refrigerant. Enea was very personable, courteous and professional. He politely answered questions I had and also allowed me to observe him which increased my knowledgeable of my HVAC system. The price Enea quoted for the work was reasonable and what was charged, there were no surprises. I would recommend Epic/Enea and welcome them back to my home in the future to address HVAC concerns. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rodrigo was very professional and courteous, he came to install a new air conditioning system in my house the other day and was so nice to make sure he did not dirty up my house, he covered his shoes and cleaned up behind himself. Rod Mancheno and his Company is all about Quality. Rod does not cut corners. My family was suffering from breathing symptoms for a long time. Rod came to our house with two of his team members to access the air quality in my house. They found that the Duct Needed repair and duct cleaning, coil cleaning was a must and strongly recommended a uv-light system. We had had all the work done. We are grateful and pleased that we can breath crisp healthy air for the first time. Thank you Rod.

We had maintenance with Waycoff and they wanted to charge us $3600 for the repair and sell us a new system. Chris the tech who came out examined and saw nothing was wrong with system. Showed me everything and explained the process. Saved us a lot. Would Def. Recommend.
