Yoel Medina from Estes Heating and Air-Conditioning was EXCELLENT at diagnosing and repairing my AC unit! He was very timely, very courteous and very professional.
I only recommend Estes Heating and Air Conditioning; They have taken care of my AC and heating needs at my house for close to 20 years!
And just as an added convenience, they left a spare fuse for my heating unit for if they ever needed to come back. That just shows on how dedicated they are to make their clients feel that they will be there whenever the need arises!

JoJo is the best there is: respectful, kind, and all around expert on the job. Their admin team also always does a great job w/ calling ahead so I'm prepared to meet. Thanks for the routine service today, looking forward to our next visit!

I called Enea at Epic Cool Heating and Air to relocate some vents at my commercial location. He came over right away to give me a free quote. I found his quote reasonable, and he came back in two days to do the work. The finished product exceeds expectations, and I was happy to do business with this company. It's been my experience that many of the HVAC businesses in Jacksonville don't do commercial HVAC, so to find these guys is like finding a needle in a haystack, and they did a fantastic job. I will work with them again in the future, and I recommend them.

They even optimized a few things that were installed wrong by the builder. They provided pictures on the invoice of things they found and what was repaired. Quick to respond and got a service call same day! This was my second opinion on my AC unit not working for a few days. I was told I needed to replace the unit by the first company. Epic Cool Heating came out and was able to fix/ replace needed parts, gave honest advice as how to take care of the AC, and recommendations for the future. He was personable and very helpful with all my concerns and questions. Will use them in the future (hopefully far out future!)

I felt bad calling after hours but we absolutely had to as the temperature in our place had shot up to 87° because the AC went out. Eddie clarified that it was a clog in the drain pipe and that the vinegar we were told to use is barely effective if not at all. So not only did we get the AC fixed, we got some valuable information to help us in the future. Not to mention he put on some shoe protectors before entering the house and had a great attitude despite us calling after hours. Highly recommend.

Epic Cool has been great and their staff is great to work with, their professionalism, experience and knowledge are incredible.
Enea is maintaining our units for 5 years so far and Eddie installed the UV light and home air purification and the air quality has never been better. Pricing was great too.
