The service representative Jon provided excellent service. Even though this was an emergency service order, Jon arrived in the committed time. Jon explained exactly what had caused my unit to stop working and made the required adjustment. I was pleased with his work and the fact he did not take advantage of me as a female home owner. Not a fair opportunity to really grade them. They have recently been chosen as an AquaCal vendor for pool heaters. Technician was good but had to spend quite a lot of time (labor costs that I was charged) to diagnose the problem with the AquaCal technicians at the home plant.

But technician was a terrific guy, was as fair as he could be and got everything in working order. I would use them again.

Wonderful experience! Made special arrangements to come out right away because I thought I was having a problem. The guys were on time and explained everything to me including answering all my questions. I'm going to have some more work soon and will only call Estes!

Called on Monday morning and extremely nice service technician was there by 3pm same day. Setting up appt was simple by phone. Fees discussed. We are enjoying our MUCH cooler air. Ron was very nice and helpful. He fixed the problem rather than tell us we needed a new A/C which is what a different repair company told us several years ago. We will use this company again.

This was the 2nd time Estes saved me because my home warranty couldn’t. My a/c went out last night so I of course called to place a claim. They were unable to get anyone here until Thursday!?!?! Well they are officially fired and I will call no else but Estes for anything Heating/Air. They were here maybe 3 hours after I placed a call !!! Shout to Austin W he was professional and courteous. Really straight up guy. I trust this company.

Always good people show up. This time it was Tim Brown. Similar to a previous issue a month ago, Tim came out on a Sunday afternoon, resolved our issue quickly and had us up and running in a short time.

Joseph Belony is as professional as they come.In his semi-annual check, he discovered a problem, that if not recoverable, would have cost anywhere from $800 to $3000 to get my system running correctly. Through dogged determination and troubleshooting expertise, he was able to resolve the problem in very little time. Estes has a good eye for talent. I’m hoping to see Joseph on my next check in the spring.

Just had my semi-annual HVAC maintenance service at both my beachfront condo units with Joseph at Estes Heating and Air. Joseph was very professional, honest, knowledgeable and provided outstanding service. There were a few issues, but Joseph was able to identify them and get them addressed.
