We came home Saturday to a hot house. Got in touch with Professional Cooling and Keith, the owner of the company came quickly. Told him what was going on and he got right to work! He quickly discovered the capacitor was bad and got it changed out. He cleaned out the drain as well and we were back in business cooling! Highly recommend and will be using them for anything in the future, including routine service as well.

They were quick to respond. Very knowledgeable of my AC unit and made the correct diagnosis and repaired quickly. I highly recommend there services.

Great customer service and AC installation. I had an issue on how I programmed and set up my thermostat which didn’t allow for the alternative heat strips to kick in when needed. They quickly came out the same day and patiently worked with me on getting everything to work perfectly.

My husband and I were in a pinch because it's June in Florida and our air conditioning went out on a holiday😭. Needless to say we were stressed. We've worked with this company in the past and are always impressed with their expertise, professionalism and reasonable prices. They could have charged us very unreasonable prices due to the urgency and the fact that it was a holiday but they were truly reasonable. They didn't do unnecessary replacements to charge us more.

As long as we live in the Fleming Island area, this will be our go to HVAC service.

By the way Oliver and Keith the technicians we've worked with in the past are amazing 🤩.

I want to thank professional cooling for fixing my air conditioner. They did a wonderful job and they were very efficient and on time. I like the fact that they do have a diagnosis cost but that becomes part of your payment after they fix your unit. Other companies you don't get it back. I highly recommend this company.
Had their service again, this time they installed a new a drain pipe because our AC is very old and it needed a new one. Everything was handled very professionally from the phone call of when the technician was about to arrive and the technician was wonderful and thorough. Discussed with me how to maintain the pipe. Then the follow-up was great. I am so pleased I found this company. And Tiffany is absolutely the best, I love her!

Oliver was on time explained the processes, came out the day before the job with the boss to review project and ensure all required items were available for the install. Tiffany followed up and provided great communication step by step on the install.
Great team if need another unit will be my first call.
Will ask them to serve the house unit when due.

Plumber Brydon came for recommendations and estimate for getting hot water faster to indoor faucets. He was very knowledgeable and gave full and easy to understand explanations and advice. Very happy with the professionals at Buehler that also had cleaned our ducts and replaced AC unit.

Cannot say enough good things about this company and their techs!! We I’ve been customers for years. We are in the process of selling our home and called them out to help address a few concerns on the home inspection. Not only did they come out and address the items, they did not charge us for the service call, coil cleaning or duct work evaluation. There are very few companies out there anymore that truly put the customer first but I’m thankful that Buehler is one!

A week ago, I meet a Buehler technician named Dallas Sparks. He initially came out for an estimate for a water softener and
examination of my waterloop. He was extraordinary in his experience with water heater and natural gas appliances. I have a Rinnai tankless water heater. Unknowingly Rinnai contracts with Buehler. So I was in good hands and the tech was exceptional in understanding the tankless water heaters operations and performance. He performed a descaling flush as he did he educated me about the unit, upon completion he identified the calcium build up deposits with no signs of scaling but the units only 3yrs old and the flush was needed. Awesome tech and very informative. Buehler has a very professional and knowledgeable team of technicians! Thanks Dallas!

After getting a terribly expensive quote to replace a 1.5 ton unit, called Buehler and could not be happier with the outcome. What started as a painful experience ended up being really good. Straight shooters are appreciated when having to make these unexpected purchases! Unit is working great and comfort has returned in the house! Super clean install as well which is appreciated.

Bryon did our faucet repair and replaced 2 shut off valves.
He did an awesome job, very knowledgeable about plumbing,
paid attention to not damage anything. He cleaned up once he
was done. Would highly recommend.
