We took advantage of the end of year sales for a free drain cleaning. Gary was early and did a great job. He was personable, quick, and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and offered great advice to help prevent future problems.

Johnny did a great job inspecting The plumbing in my condo. He was friendly and thorough and explained everything he was doing before he performed ig. Afterwards, he reviewed the report with me and gave me great recommendations that were cost-effective

We had a new air conditioner, installed by Buehler a couple years ago without issue and in a timely fashion. So when a drain got clogged We didn’t hesitate to call back. Brantley showed up on time and announced. He proceeded to clean the drain and the run out then. thoroughly tested it out before cleaning up and leaving without a trace. Will be asking for Brantley in the future if we need them again. Thanks Buehler!

I just got a quote for some ac install from Ryan O’Connor with Buehler Air and was very pleased with our interaction. Ryan was on time, very informative, and provided me quote within 10 minutes of our meeting. Over all I’d say Buehler understands customer service, is very knowledgeable, punctual, and I am looking forward to working together.

Dallas was my technician on replacing a shower cartridge which was stuck in the valve body. He was very patient, knowledgeable and efficient in completing the task at a reasonable cost. I had tried to replace the cartridge on my own as I had done on another cartridge and was not able to complete the task. I would definitely recommend using him on other plumbing projects

Brydon was on time, actually the company called to see if he could arrive earlier (YAY for me!!!)

My team was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy and restored my hope in customer service. They went above and beyond by fixing some old crappy line work that I had done though a home warranty repair and I knew was horrible but couldn't get it fixed until now- unless I paid for it 🤬. If the rest of their employees are even half team as competent and kind then they will kill all competition but this is only my second experience with them so that's all I can speak to so far.

Very happy with the service this company provided. I called them because of their reviews and their A+ rating with Better Business Bureau. I was not disappointed; Blake was on schedule, very communicative, and went out of his way to help me resolve the issue as affordably as possible, I would call this company again, and I would request Blake next time around.

Jonny, our Buehler representative, was professional, knowledgeable, personable, empathetic, and an excellent craftsman. He provided multiple solutions and was always mindful of our budget. The system limits the rating to 5 stars, Jonny is an excellent 5 +++ star service provider.

Brydon was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Fun to talk with and happy to answer any questions as they came up. He had to work behind the shower wall to stop a bathtub faucet drip and made sure I understood what was happening and why it had happened. He said "when you think of a plumber I want you to think of me", and going forward I absolutely will.

Buehler is the best in town. Brydon and Kirill were both amazing! We had some unexpected problems come up during a routine maintenance and they took care of everything, plus some. This was my first plumbing inspection with Buehler and let me say it was fantastic. Your tech, Jonny Barr, was thorough, informative and professional in performing his inspection. He took time with me to explain his process and findings at the end of his work. I was very impressed with Jonny to say the least!

Jared was great. Took his time to explain everything. Fixed capacitor which was out of spec and used a made in America (Florida specifically) one. Also installed a UVlight since a little bit of mold was present (he cleaned it all up) and since you had a special package deal with an air purifier, got him to install that as well. First time using Buehler, so in 6 months to 1 year to whenever, I will revisit this review, but expectations are high.

We love Buehler. Blake did our regular maintenance today and. Was extremely professional and efficient. He educated me on several features of our system and also demonstrated helpful features of our thermostat. I could not recommend Buehler more! Thanks Blake!

Great response to our AC issue by the Buehler team. Called on Saturday evening at 7pm and the call was answered by Lyle on the second ring and service visit scheduled for Sunday morning within 5 min. Colby showed up on time, diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly to get us operational again. Would love Colby to perform our annual maintenance moving forward!!

Kyle and Evan were articulate professional and hard working. I am a lifelong customer. Also they had the best price of any previous estimate. My neighbors also highly appreciated their service.
