Had Estes come out to give me a second opinion because I received an outrageous quote from another Company that I did not feel comfortable with. Estes was very professional, did not over sale, and did a thorough inspection of my ac unit and gave me a fair price. I will definitely be using them for any future services that I need. Nice to find honest people and good service.

I am so glad we chose Estes Heating and cooling. Our experience was great from the time they came out to fix the old unit we had to choosing to have a new Amana air conditioner installed to the installation. Both Rob and Chris were very courteous during the installation. They cleaned up after themself and answered all my questions. As far as the Amana unit so far it has been marvelous after going without air for a few days. The house cooled off in a couple of hours after installation was complete. I would recommend Estes to anyone needing repair or replacement.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. After two other larger companies (one national who cut our lines, failed to reconnect, and flooded our ceilings - and one large but local) were completely ineffective and price gouged, Estes did a superior job for a lower price. I can't recommend enough and it is comforting knowing we've finally found our 'go to' HVAC service team!

First time using Estes and I wasn’t disappointed. I had them put in a mini split ceiling cassette and the installation was flawless. The techs. were awesome; very experienced and customer focused. Professional and meticulous. For planning purposes I worked with some of their management. They were great to work with, shared their expertise and answered all of my questions. And today, I had them do some insulation work which also went very well. I highly recommend this company and plan to start using them for my annual HVAC maintenance.

Problems always happens on the weekends. We were having problems with our AC and was trying our best to resolve the issue until it just got too hot. We called and was told the tech would call back. Rob was tech on call which he called me promptly. He walked us through cleaning the drain of the AC unit inside over the phone to save money. It worked and ran properly all night. Unfortunately it continued to shut off all morning. We called Rob and he came out within hours. He ended up rerouting the drain pipe as the way it was , it was pushing water back making the float shut down the system. Rob went over and above by helping us the night before and came out properly on a Sunday to fix our AC. They have a new customer now. You just don’t find service like that any better.

The technician was informative, arrived on time, and worked efficiently to fix the ac. Within a matter of 30 minutes we were back in the chill zone. Thanks, Rob we truly appreciate you!!!

My mother is a Jax resident and unfortunately I live down in South Florida, so when she called to let me know that her AC wasn't kicking on, I had to find a local solution. Larissa was able to even squeeze her appointment in on the same day before 5 PM. Rob came out and quickly resolved the issue. Reasonable pricing for a same day call and awesome service all around. We needed a new HVAC system for several years as we kept making small and large repairs to our old system. Our repairs over the years were from one man band handymen. Our decision to reach out to Estes Heating and Air came after several friends recommended them plus we knew of their reputation for quality.

The entire experience from the estimates of three different units to the installation went seamlessly. Brian and his helper did a quality job throughout. Steve Estes came out to check on the installation, making sure the workmanship was quality and clean.

For the first time in our 33 years of living here we have decided to sigh up for preventive maintenance/service follow ups. The plan is reasonable and will make sure our systems are working properly. We recommend Estes and are sending them to my sisters house to check on her HVAC units tomorrow.

They force you to pay for two services upfront and the contract auto.atucally rewes unless you remember to cancel it. The first tech was super professional, but the second one was unprofessional. He stayed on the phone the whole time. He did not even open the outside unit to take the leaves out. I canceled my service contract.

Ron the technician came out assessed the issue pretty quickly and fixed the problem. Thanks Ron! I had another project completed by them. We had the whole AC system in the house replaced. Tim and his crew did a great job!
