I just want to relate my experience with Buehler Air and Plumbing. They have been servicing my AC system since COVID when they showed up and 4 other local Jax companies did not. The Buehler team arrived on time introduced themselves with all presenting a professional appearance and attitude. After a short walkthrough to assess the system layout they quickly started the job. In less than 6 hours the job was complete. The team completely replaced all the ductwork, vents and installed multiple returns. The job also included replacing the compressor and air handler. During the entire job the team all wore booties inside the house and completely cleaned all debris inside and out to include vacuuming and sweeping throughout. I would highly recommend using Beuhler for any HVAC repairs or service based on our experience. Great job team Beuhler!!!!

We had Jonny Barr out as our plumber and he was amazing. We have a 22yo condo so some items were finally succumbing to our FL water. We initially thought we'd have to do our toilets and showers in a separate call, but Jonny was able to help us with everything in one visit for a wonderful price. He even let us watch his work and it was fun to learn some new things about plumbing. We hope to work with him again in the future.

Larry and his coworker did an amazing job from the time they walked through the door! They insisted on wearing their shoe covers, then laid down floor covers to protect the floors and stairs. They added a new base under our outdoor unit, rerouted the pipes that our builder didn’t do correctly, swept the upstairs, the stairs and floors all the way to the front door after they picked up the floor covers. Friendly, informative quick yet thorough on their work! Highly recommend!

Super clean install by 2 very professional installers, Kyle and Jake. Very competitive quote for Carrier brand equipment. They pulled all new drain and copper coolant lines and hauled away everything. I would absolutely pick Buehler again!

Everything about the experience with Buehler was an exception experience. The initial visit was focused on what we needed and Kyle took the time to understand our concerns. The value of the system was the best of any company we spoke with.

The installation team was absolutely amazing and the most professional job. They pulled all the old supply and drain piping and replaced it with new. Now I know that there won't be issues with old and new coolant mixing and the drain no longer has 20 years of build up. Other companies told me that replacing the piping would be an additional $3000+, with Buehler it was included.

I was not present when the representatives of the company showed up. But my 22-year-old son said they were very professional. And what I can see that's visible of the work that they did was actually looked very good. So no complaints on that department, but I will say they pulled the rug over me with this company that they had me Financed through. financed $5700, which is gonna cost me almost 12 grand to pay off. They stuck me with some shady finance company.

I pulled a single handle shower mixing valve apart, after Copilot identified it as a Moen valve. Copilot was mistaken and suddenly when I removed the 4th screw, the whole valve assembly blew out of the cast brass part # SHWR 7196. Fortunately, my GE water softener had a water cut-off valve to stop the flood. Gary Gardner, Buehler plumber, was there in 30 minutes to help me. His 43 years of experience made quick work of diagnosing the problem and getting the correct part ordered. Unfortunately, it turns out I have a specialty Pfister mixing valve and the replacement parts for the valve are extremely expensive. The good news is that thanks to Buehler, and Gary Gardner, we can stay in our own home until the new parts arrive and are installed!!

Dallas exceeded mine and my husbands expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He came out to give us the estimate quote and 2 days later was able to come and do the installation of our new water heater. Buehler was the best choice for price, customer service, warranty deals, excellent workmanship and efficiency. I’m extremely satisfied and happy with this company and their morals. I will definitely be using this company for any future projects my home may need.

Estes Heating and Air is great! Lisa in the office is so friendly, efficient and helpful. She made sure that my cooling needs were taken care of right away during the hottest time of the year. In addition, the on call technician, Miguel, was extremely courteous, even though I was not at my best when I called. I really appreciated them both giving me some tips to get my system running again till they came out. That's wonderful customer service and I really appreciated it! In addition, Gerald, who has performed my semi annual maintenance contract check ups has always been extremely friendly and helpful when he's come out. If he hadn't explained the float switch to my son the last time he performed a preventative maintenance service, we wouldn't have been able to do the temporary fix when our unit stopped working last night. I highly recommend getting a preventative maintenance contract. It will help your system to run much more efficiently as well as helping to prevent breakdowns in the future. The absolute worst customer service. Justin is indifferent to human need. He promised to send someone in the morning...no one came. My AC stopped cooIing; It was sweltering hot. I called again. No one showed till almost 2pm. I had to call again after hours because the system would not shut off. They advertise 24 hour customer care. He [Justin] refused to call me back to tell me what to do. He said he'd call in the morning. By that time, it had been running at least 6 straight hours. I had to call someone else to do his job. They fixed it over the phone. This company does not care about customers; they care about how they can up-charge and price gouge you.
