Mr. Tyrer performed the installation of the Air Scrubber very meticulously, paying attention to detail. He is very professional, and gave us great education on the product. He ensured that everything was running smoothly, and he kept his work space clean upon completion. You have a great asset I highly recommend Mr. Tyrer and his assistant Mr. Trent. They are efficient, and they completed the job in a safe and professional manner.

Our ac stopped working, they were out the next day, the Monday between July 2 and July 4th. I honestly didn't think anyone would be able to get out until after the holiday. They were here first thing in the morning, fixed it and kept in touch with me to make sure it was still running late in the day. Very good company.

Team came out and assessed the work. They provided a fair and reasonable price and completed project on time. My project is a rehab with change in ducting and return air. They did a great job with tight conditions and closed all the gaps. Very pleased!

Was having a problem with our HVAC when it was not responding to the set point temperature on the thermostat. It would not come on when triggered to do so, and when it did periodically engage it did not cool anywhere close to the correct temperature. Hats off to Tiffany, who rearranged a busy work schedule to send a technician over for the problem. Oliver came to assess the problem and as always, he was very professional and has a great amount of expertise in working with A/C systems. Fortunately, he was able to find the problem and solution to the unit not working correctly. I thank Oliver and Professional Cooling's other air conditioning technicians. They are all very knowledgeable and proficient in their professional skills. I also appreciate Tiffany working with us to quickly respond to this issue especially during the middle of this very hot summer.

Needed my system replaced. They had me scheduled very quickly. Showed up when they said they would and did a great job swapping out my old system. Very happy with the service they provided.

Oliver had come out on Monday and opened up our existing 14 year old system. It was corroded and had mold growing in it. I agreed that the unit needed to be replaced. I was scheduled two days later. He and two others showed up and replaced the old one with a new one. They were hard workers and cleaned up all the mess. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Profesional Cooling and Control Systems.

It was determined only yesterday that a new capacitor was needed and they could come out today. Keith was here right on time and serviced the unit in 15 minutes. Very personable, professional and takes as much time as you need to explain.

Cody Brent is the man!!! Not on is he knowledge in his craft but, he takes the time to make sure you are aware of your current AC issues and then he doesn't mind giving you sound advice of preventative maintenance that you should be doing if you have the patience. Cody also does a great job telling you about the services that the company offers but, he doesn't pressure you into services or products that you don't need which is sometimes a rarity from other AC companies.
