First class company. They have done not only 1 but 2 HVAC for my family. They answer in a timely manner and even come the day of the call. Not many company’s now days can do the things that this company does for people. They came all the way out to Ocala to install a system for us at our lake house. They installed it in one day. That’s an hour and half drive and completed the job that day! That’s awesome!

My AC was maintaining cold air but leaking and freezing. Technician Bertin came out to diagnose issue and discovered leaking problem. He ordered the part and installed. Bertin was very professional and explained step by step what he was doing. He also provided maintenance tips. Dee was very empathic of my situation and kept me informed with updates and progress of the ordered part. Progressive came highly recommended by my neighbor and I'm glad I made the selection.

The technicians arrived on time. I appreciated their use of face masks. They were courteous and professional. They handled and replaced furnishings with care, and protected the floor every inch of the way. Installation was so quiet I was able to take a nap! My new system and thermostat are running smoothly.
