Bryan was outstanding in diagnosing the issue and explaining how the electrical short damaged a circuit board. He took photos of two wires that were melted due to a short that caused damage to the electrical panel. He replaced two circuit boards. He arrived in the morning and replaced the circuit boards in the late afternoon. Exceptional service and expertise.

Very satisfied from start to finish. Bryan, The technician notified me of his ETA in advance, as well as confirming when he was in route. That was very helpful. He was very professional, explained what he was doing and provided technical analysis. He inspected our AC unit, made a recommendation and completed the work. It was very reasonable. These guys are the best I have dealt with so far! (and trust me, there have been a few, I have been dealing with AC troubles for over a year with no joy elsewhere...).
They answered my inquiries for a quote right away and very straight forward.
Bryan and Chris were very professional and friendly. They explained every step of the installation process and proceeded confidently.
The old unit and air handler were removed without hitch and the new equipment looks awesome and cool even better!!
I opted for the extended 10 year warranty-in addition to the 10year warranty the equipment that the equipment already carries (well worth the money, based on my previous experience!) and am very happy and satisfied with this company.
Both Chris and Bryan were knowledgeable about the units they offer, pros and cons, and very candid about the information. I am very impressed with this company and will be handing all my AC and heat requirements and issues to them.

Excellent service! Justin came out and was very nice and extremely helpful. He explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. We feel very confident in his service and we will be definitely trusting them for our AC needs from here on out.

A/C unit outside was completely frozen over. They were out within 30 minutes and diagnosed. Needed replace defrosting unit. Entire repair was done within 1 hour and home is back to heating great. Just in time for the coldest day of the year.

Bryan and Jay were my technicians today and they were great. My heat went out during the cold snap and they fixed the capacitor within an hour. So pleased with the service and the price. Will use them again

Technician was super helpful! Explained the entire process for duct cleaning. He helped trouble shoot our UV light system, which was we determined was not working. The most important thing he did today was identify a shorted and melted wire in the air handler. He fixed this on the spot for free!! They worked up a bid for the duct cleaning and UV light repair. Noble Heating & Air is trustworthy and fair. These guys are the best!!

Absolutely the best! Very thorough professional and great with accommodating my last minute issue. I’m switching services to them as my own contracted company has been unable to help me. Highly recommend!

This is the nth time trying to leave a separate review. Google continues to edit the first one I posted. I am being obstinate because they deserve the review and it happened in 2024!
It is June of 2024 and the AC stopped working.
I did my due diligence searching for a proper outfit. I decided on Noble Heating & Air.
I called and Bryan answered. He was very polite, professional and personable. He won my business! He was able to schedule and appt fairly quickly.
Chris showed up early to the appt. Nice!
He was very through in his troubleshooting. He figured out the issue. I needed a thermostat, mentioned they carry one. He called Bryan about it. I told him to install it. Throughout this whole process, he answered all my questions. Sorry Chris lol! We exchanged stories and experiences. Great job and I really appreciate you all!

I’ve had two experiences with this company. And they are both been stellar one was in August when my home was not cooling. The other is this weekend and my heat went out. The technicians respond quickly promptly solve the problem effectively efficiently, and keep cost low and are upfront with everything. I highly highly recommend these guys.

I am so thankful for this company … just above and beyond in their professionalism, skills and client care.

Noble did some major clean up work for me last fall. Ducts, AC and maintenance.

My AC stopped working last week and I texted Noble . Justin came out this morning, texted me when enroute. He found a failure code.
Reset it, checked everything and waited to make sure everything worked. They easily could have charged a service fee and I expected at least that.
Justin said consider it under warranty.

That is such a blessing!

This is the kind of company that values their customers. And I am a customer for life!
