Maylon Oglesby came by, diagnosed the issue and was fair on the bill and even set me up on the gold plan which saved me money on the overall bill. I’m very satisfied with his service and professionalism.

Jerry was great, he told me everything that was wrong and possible and future repairs that may be necessary. Did not take long at all for the repair, definitely went above and beyond. I will be using them again.

They do really great work on I would recommend them for anybody there they try to help people out that are in dire need of an AC repair in a work with the budget you have very friendly and considerate and understanding with our situation in our home because of our 20 dogs..

Won’t service my ac and want me to pay before they’re come and even look at it. The unit was purchased through you. The warranty is through you. Asking for payment for labor BEFORE the labor, just in case I call someone else that might get here before you, is absolutely ridiculous. I have not even received a call back to reschedule service after the no call no show. I will not be paying for labor until the labor is completed.

Jerry came out and serviced our unit today. He was so professional and friendly. I was completely satisfied with the service that my husband and I received today and would highly recommend Jerry and Cook's Air Conditioning to all of our friends in the future.

Our AC unit stopped working overnight and first thing Sunday morning I started calling different companies. After getting answering services promising that a technician will call me back because it was 8 am on a Sunday morning, Cook’s AC came through!

Less than 5 minutes after I talked to their answering service, their technician, Mahlon Oglesby called me back and said he could be there by 10 am the same day. Mahlon was on time, professional and had our issues fixed in no time. Especially grateful because we have two little ones and the temperature outside was rising!

They totally earned our business and we will continue to use Cook’s AC for any future AC issues.

I have been a Cooks customer for fifteen years. Their 24-hour service is reasonable and expedient. Before I got my new system from them five years ago, they would come at any time to fix my old system, which was not a Cooks system. They realized how ill my husband was and how vital a/c was to his health. My new system is a Cooks system; it is highly efficient and has made a substantial difference in my power bill.

My latest experience involved the purchase of a system for friends who live on a limited income. Jerry worked with them to provide them with a good system at a very affordable monthly payment plan. They too have health problems and have been without a/c for weeks, having paid over $600 for repairs to old system. I was so pleased to recommend Cooks to them.

They were here early and worked all the way up until 7pm until it was done. It rained all day and they still continued to work. They were so professional and so friendly. They were respectful of me working from home, every time they came in they were quiet. Highly highly recommend.

Bobby is extremely thorough and even takes the time to point out little things or explain how something operates (no matter how many times he has to repeat it for me). I appreciate how I can contact Cook’s anytime with any questions or concerns, and I can get questions answered and concerns addressed immediately. Called Wednesday evening because our old unit wasn't working, and not only did Jerry show up that night, he brought a window unit for us to use until a new unit could be installed. Then they came out the next day in the pouring rain and installed our new unit, and we were up and running by dinner time.

I highly recommend Cook's to anyone who needs A/C repair or maintenance.

I’ve used this company once before and everything went fine, they had a service tech out speedily to check my systems. However this time when making an appointment they called me on the day of the set appointment and asked to reschedule the service appointment for the following week due to having techs call in on the day of service. Fine. Rescheduled. The next rescheduled date comes the following week and no phone calls with an ETA. I call in myself to inquire on an ETA, only to be told that the tech is unavailable and at the chiropractor or physical therapy. Needles to say the run around again, also after prepaying for services. You should certainly not require someone to prepay for services when you are having service tech availability issues. When I ask to just cancel I am going to go with someone more dependable and would like my money refunded. There is just a general response of, I will send the message to my billing department to look into. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. ——Left dissapointed.
