Well, Sherry asked me to write a review because at Taylor’s, they treat you like family. Would your family treat you this way? I’ll let you be the judge of that. My family hired Taylor’s AC to do a complete overhaul on our AC system. On the day they came out to install the new unit and remove/replace the old duct work, my husband received a frantic call from the installer several hours later. He explained to my husband that the ducts he was tearing out of our attic (for hours mind you), had asbestos around them. So…. Instead of STOPPING when he first saw the asbestos, he continued ripping out the ducts while the asbestos was spreading everywhere in our attic. We were kicked out of our house that afternoon worrying that the asbestos got into our home. Sherry called us and instead of apologizing for the installer’s carelessness, she asked for our credit card for the deposit of the AC equipment. It has been months and we have only been able to speak with Sherry and Tammy twice, they blamed the asbestos on the home inspector and basically refused to take any sort of accountability for any of the damage (apparently her installer didn’t know it was asbestos… seems odd for a HVAC guy). Fortunately, the asbestos wasn’t in the house, but we were still left with a 13k abatement bill and still no returned communication or accountability from Taylor. When asked for their insurance information, it took them almost a month to get back to us and only with the name of their insurer. It was not shocking to us to see that they carried no liability insurance at all. We notified them of this and have yet to receive a response back. I have never dealt with such a cold and uncompassionate company who not only takes no responsibility for their mistakes, but also couldn’t careless if their installer’s negligence made a family homeless for weeks. Let our story be a cautionary tale to you….PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have been using Taylor Heating and Air for 15 years. I have a home daycare and they are always there for me and my business. The tech and office staff are kind and considerate. Always prompt. Never overcharge. I always recommend them 100%

My tech Jason was outstanding, I've hired 3 companies to try to find out why my relatively new AC isn't keeping up during the summer and he was able to figure out why. I'll absolutely be calling them again.

Outstanding customer service! What a breath of fresh air to have a company that actually treats you like a person as opposed to a number. They listened to my needs, were extremely timely in booking my service, and their pricing was very fair. I would absolutely recommend it if you need HVAC related services.

Robert and Chris installed a new ac unit in my home today. They were so polite and helpful as they worked in the 95 degree heat. They did a great job and I am certainly enjoying having cooler temperatures again tonight. Very hard working young men! Jen was also very helpful in getting Robert over to diagnose my ac issue quickly. Thanks to Taylor’s!

The technician that came out did not throughly clean out and unclog my inside unit, he half did the job, and because he didn't clean my drain pan it caused my unit to shut down and trip the thermostat and my AC was out on a Holiday. i was left to clean up all the water because his wet vacuum was broken and I paid $120 service call for nothing! and had to call another Co to fixed his Mess now I'm out of more money. And Taylor had no sympathy just rob me that day, but never again

I have been a loyal customer since 2019 and spending over $1300 with this CO but after 8/26/2025 never again the Technician seem friendly enough but he did not do his job throughly, my AC was leaking from inside my garage water was everywhere because it was clogged so he supposedly unclogged it but didn't take the panel off and unclog that as well and clean the drip pan out which caused the thermostat to trip and cut off the air all together and this happened on labor day when I had family over and NO AC and I had to mop all that water up because he said his wet vac was broke and I'm a senior citizen, I paid $190 for that visit, called the next day to report and they took forever getting back to me so that forced me to called another air conditioner company to come out, they came out right away and they showed us what Taylor did not do and also discovered that a SS2 switch was in backwards which would have caused our unit to cut off because it connects to the thermostat. Very Unsatisfied and they Lost a Customer Forever!

Shawn performed a seasonal maintenance check and tune up on our unit. He was efficient and professional.

Been working with it Cooks air conditioning for a while and they've always done really good taking care of all our air conditioning and heating needs.

Promised me the system will be quieter than my 20 year old system and its actually louder. Very disappointed. After we canceled a water system in time the charged our card anyways and we had to call the bank and make the bank take it off. The installers were super nice but did not bring all the components and had to come back again the next day even after telling us that the installation will take only one day to install. They didn't pull the permit to do the job so we had to call the city to have them come out inspect the installation. Service people dont reset the thermostats so you have to look it up yourself or call them to get instructions over the phone. Prices seem a bit high but we had to do it and didnt have time to shop around. They will tell you that trane has trouble getting parts and it take 2-3 weeks for the parts to get in which is not true because other companies told me that its a sales tactics to sell you their brand.
I would never buy from them again
