Where do I even begin with my review? The folks over at Progressive Air have been taking care of my A/C for over 6 years now and they’ve been nothing short of extraordinary! Every time I speak to them it’s like chatting with a family member. On several occasions they have gone above and beyond to make sure that I’m well taken care of to the point that they even went out of their way to hand deliver new filters to me because they knew I had a busy schedule and didn’t have a chance to run to the store. Also as a disabled veteran, I have a tendency to forget things but my yearly maintenance is something I never have to worry about because they always call and remind me! I love these guys and as long as I live in Jax, I’ll never use anyone else!

Their office manager, Dee, is always available to manage a service call and makes sure the customer's needs are met. She is outstanding in her communication. Bertom is one of their service techs and is outstanding.. You will feel like you have gained a friend in addition to a service and installation expert. I have used other HVAC contractors for more than 30 years and Progressive is better than any other company I have used.

My AC went out and I had another company come out after hours to take a look since it was almost 90 degrees in my house and I have two senior dogs that cannot handle the heat. That other company said the compressor was bad and quoted me $2600 to fix, with a 3-4 day lead time.

I called Progressive to come out and take a look this morning and get a second opinion, and they came out within a couple of hours and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes by replacing the capacitor, a $300 fix. They easily could have just stuck with the first company’s story and I would have been none the wiser, but these are honest people and instead did only what was necessary to get the job done. I’ve started a yearly service with them and am so happy that I called!

Bertin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He and his helper were fast and efficient. I also had a great experience with Dee at the office that set it up!
I will definitely be using their services again!

They were able to get to us the same day we called. Figured out what was wrong and made repairs quickly. Checked and took care of other maintenance issues while they were here.

Bertin is punctual on time appointments are very important to me. His skill knowledge is something to consider when selecting a technician. He has journeyman expertise and is very precise in his approach to the scope of work. Safety is his primary focus, which is the number one priority of his. His professional courtesy is appreciated and he does an exceptional amount of good work. I recommend.

had an issue with our heat for our business. called after hours- they answered! and not an answering service. they were here this morning at 9am to fix our issue. just wow !

Bertin was our service tech. In addition to normal servicing of our HVAC units he noticed that we had mildew around two registers/vents and he removed them to create a seal that was broken during home construction…something we had been concerned about for years. I would say this was the best HVAC service we have ever received.

Now, let me talk about Deann! The incredible manager who made all of this happen. She was nothing short of amazing! Deann was kind, responsive, and truly went the extra mile to get us taken care of quickly. She made me feel like a priority from the very beginning and helped make a stressful situation so much smoother. Her level of care and professionalism is rare, and I’m beyond grateful for her help.

The price they gave us was unbeatable truly fair and generous, especially considering the quick turnaround. And our technician was just as impressive. super respectful, knowledgeable, and had no problem hopping on the phone to explain everything clearly to my husband, who couldn’t be there in person.

This kind of service is hard to come by. We’re beyond thankful and will definitely be customers for life. If you’re looking for reliable, responsive, and genuinely caring professionals this is the team you want! 💯

My experience with Progressive Mechanical has been awesome. When calling into the office they are professional and very friendly. Dee is very knowledgeable and works with you to set up the best times and services to meet your needs. The team that comes to your property are very professional and very knowledgeable too. They take the time to serve the AC unit while providing you feedback and information about your unit. They do not try to play the upsell game with you. They provide you information and not try to sell you additional products and services. They were punctual and we received notice when they were on their way to our home. We also use them to service our rental properties for these same reasons. I strongly recommend them.

Progressive Mechanical, Inc is a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and professional. They are also very customer focused and work to meet your needs. I had a situation that required a quick response to have a technician out and Dee was able to work the schedule to get someone out to the house that day. That is great service. Plus to add on, the technicians I have dealt with are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company for all of your AC needs.

They have most possible lowest customer service in the industry! Absolutely horrible service! They will do anything possible to avoid the customer. When it comes to warranty service they just disappear and avoid the issue with any excuses!

have been on hold for 1 hour no help getting problem resolved even with a claim number . No one will except the duty to help its as if I'm asking them to do something .

Offer live support is a joke. It’s all automated. I’ve gave all the info asked for, and they have yet to respond after multiple times and days of trying!

Shawn has as always shown professional ability and very informed regarding HVAC systems. He has worked on our house and my business. Highly recommend.

Shawn saved my parents so much money! Their air conditioning went out Memorial Day weekend but Shawn made time in his busy schedule to come take a look ON A SATURDAY. They had previously received an estimate from a very well know HVAC company in Jax that was $5200 but I felt that was way too much. Shawn was recommended to me by a friend and thank goodness he was. He took a look at their HVAC system and figured out it was a super easy fix that only cost my parents $200. The other company tried to trick my parents into buying an entire new system when they didn't need one. I will forever highlyrhighly Tradewinds. They know how to treat customers and I trust they will always be honest with their business practices.

As the exclusive USA distributor and product reps. for Gree brand you would think Tradewinds would have a reasonable level of customer service... Well they do not care at all about the customer experience. I have spent 7 hours calling around the country and emailing with Traideinds to buy a simple fitting for the flair end of the line set. Tradewinds have referred me several times to HVAC contractors that do not sell or deal with Gree products in my state, so they could not help. Tradewinds refuse to answer a very simple questions to help me identify the correct fitting needed. Laura M refused to provide her supervises contact info at Tradewinds or to be helpful in any way. Her best advice was to provide me with HVAC contractors that do not work with Gree products. Tradewinds sell these units direct to the consumer but refuse to help with the most basic of questions. The company I purchased the unit from went out of business... perhaps from a lack of support from Tradewinds? Do not do business with this company or with Gree as there is zero support or simple parts available if you have an issue.
