There response was quick and very prompt on timing, professionalism and customer service. The technician Enea Dokollari was very knowledgeable and very kind to go over tips for maintaining a clean unit. As well as how troubleshoot properly to prevent hazards. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

My condensate drain was clogged and I called Epic at about 2pm and they had someone out here by 5pm! Enea was very professional and friendly, patiently answered all my questions, and had the clog cleared, the drain pain cleaned, and replaced some PVC that I'd broken trying to clear it myself, all done is short order for a price that was lower than what I was expecting!
My unit is old and will need replacing before long but he didn't try to hard sell me a new one right now like I've experienced with other home repair companies. Instead he gave me some tips to nurse it along a bit more while I save for the replacement and sent me some info on the type of unit I would need and a model he recommended for me to check out. When I'm ready to pull the trigger on the new system, I'll be calling Epic and asking for Enea.

Epic Cool and Eddie (my tech) do fantastic work! He arrived during the specified time frame, I received a text that he was on the way prior to arrival. Eddie took the time to explain all that was going on with the system. I am very happy with the service from Epic Cool!

Got a quote from Synder for replacing two dampers, two damper motors and the control board for ~5600. I was expecting it to be alot but I think I literally staggered. Epic Cool came in at ~2800 for the same work with the same parts. Subsequently, a friend suggested just forcing the dampers open and being done with it. Sounded like a good thought to me. Epic Cool did this work at a modest cost and went above and beyond during the process. Overall they were very responsive and reasonable with pricing. The one way they could have improved was to suggest the "force the dampers open" option in the first place. In any case, I will do business with them without hesitation in the future.

I called Epic Cool after I was unable to get ahold of another company for half a day. They were able to send a tech out within the hour! Enea was very professional and transparent, which is a stark contrast to the current company I have my maintenence plan with. No high pressure sales or unnecessary up-sells and you can tell you are being taken care of.

Enea installed a "loaner" blower motor right away while we waited on the exact replacement model. This act is extremely considerate given I was without AC for a few days. I will be using Epic Cool moving forward.

Enea was amazing. So we are new home owners and in the middle of moving into our new home but our HVAC wasnt working as it should. I called multiple companies to get a rough number of what it would cost to fix it and it seemed impossible as everyone wanted to charge just to meet us, not even do anything yet. But Enea was so accommodating and friendly. He was on time, he explained everything and stayed to ensure things were working. He didnt try to upsell us, he just fixed the issue and told us what we need to do long term. We know who we are hiring when that time comes! Id highly recommend this company to anyone!

I called this morning because my AC is broke and I have no idea what is wrong with it. I called Epic and Louie was great he was very quick to get a tech to my house I didn't even have to wait an hour!!! The tech that came out his name was Eddie. He was very thorough and meticulous about diagnosing the problem. Once he figured out what it was he told me flat out. He didn't dance around it and try to upsale me or include other made up problems so I would have to pay more on top of that. This is a great company and I am so glad I found them. Excellent experience from beginning to end. I spoke to Louie (sorry if spelt wrong) when requesting the appointment and he couldn't have been a nicer, genuine person. We were in a pinch with our ac unit going out and the manufacturer didn't honor their 2-year warranty. Louie was able to schedule a technician for me within 24 hours and Eddie came out to my place just about first thing in the morning. Eddie is also a great, genuine, guy who is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and answered all/any of my questions. I'm extremely grateful for Epic, Louie, and Eddie who solved this problem quickly, and beat the competition by a LONG SHOT when it came to total dollar amount. We also signed up for the Gold Membership which pays for itself almost immediately. Again, extremely grateful and a big thank you to the entire Epic Team!!
