Chris Pappas responded immediately when my AC unit unexpectedly died. He provided the most competitive price quote for replacement and, in less than a week, he replaced the entire inside air handler and outside pump by himself on a Sunday morning. I can not say enough good things about River City. They saved us from a full replacement after another company tried to overcharge for a repair to convince us to buy a new unit. River City found our warranty info and repaired it for a fraction of the cost. The repairman was very knowledgeable and made the process easy. They now have a customer for life.
