Johnstone is a commercial supply house. You must have an occupational license to buy . just a heads up. Be prepared if you plan to go. Always good service

I'm surprised this place is even open with all the other supply places that are pretty popular, I didn't even know this place existed until I pulled up next to it while traveling in the area, so I went in to be nosey lol they have a great selection of fluids & a whole lot of other replacement items that you would probably have to order online if you couldn't find them locally

I've bought motor start capacitors many times from the downtown location, but today they didn't have what I needed and sent me to their Southside store where they tell me they only sell to hvac contractors. Oh well, I guess I deserve to waste 45 minutes of my time and gas because the three guys sitting behind the counter doing nothing are somehow too busy to deal with the general public.

I have purchased numerous times from the location in Savannah. Never an issue. I go into this location, and all they care about is do I have an account or am I on an authorized list of buyers. I guess having money or a credit card is not useful anymore?

It’s too bad that the people at this location aren’t interested in actually helping make a sale.

Account required to buy a gallon of evap coil cleaner. I've got universal 608 cert, but am not employed with a company. Stupid nonsense.
If you don't have a company account, don't go, they're not there to serve the general public.

They should definitely put on Google that they only serve businesses and not to the public.

Went to Johnstone Supply to pick up a motor. Installed it, and it turned out to be the wrong one. Went and picked up another and had the same issue which resulted the whole hander to be replaced. Tried returning two perfectly good motors and was told they don't accept returns. After suggesting they should tell people that or have a no returns sign, I was told they told everyone. Yet I was able to purchase two motors and never was told once. Do not recommend.

Ann, Chad, Eric, Omar, Ryan my people!!!! I love these guys. FAST, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. I've been purchasing from this location for 20 years of my life and I still get excited to call and pick their brains each time. Don't let me see some of these single star givin' reviewers on the street now, ya'll are fifty shades of cray because these guys are rock stars! Love yall mean it!

Chad on Park St was less then helpful. After telling me he been there 24 years and they never sell filters individually. When I'VE always buy them without buying the hold box for years. I had to drive across town to buy individually. One guy don't break the review still a great company. Maybe just needs to check his facts.
