I had called several heating and air conditioner services to get a quote to pull and clean the evaporator coil on my Trane AC unit. Bowman was the only company that gave me pricing for the job to which I felt was reasonable. Their technician Doug, did a very thorough cleaning and ensured the unit was fully charged with freon and the system was operating properly. I was very pleased with his work and his not minding me watching him and asking questions. I will be using Bowman Heating & Air Conditioning in the future and I'm proud to rate their business 5 Stars.

I called Bowman Heating and Air to inspect my attic’s ductwork and insulation because I noticed wet spots on my ceiling. I had used this company about a year ago to install a new AC (though I know the ductwork is unrelated to that), but I wanted to go with a company I was familiar with. Bowman responded quickly and came out to assess the situation. As expected, I was told we needed new ductwork and insulation—something I already suspected.

However, the most disappointing part of the experience was the follow-up. We were told that the boss would contact us with a quote the next morning, but two days passed with no communication. When we called to check in, we were informed that they don’t do attic work until February! Why wasn't this mentioned when we first called? It’s shocking that a business would turn away repeat customers, especially when we’re dealing with active wet spots on our ceiling.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend their services to anyone. Poor communication and customer service.

Leo with Bowman Heating and Air showed up today on time as scheduled and installed mini-split unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I worked with Bowman for 20+ years. Their customer service is top notch, and they are quick to respond nights and weekends when I have had to call them.

called because our ac was running but the compressor wasn't. Gage came out and had it opened and fixed in about an hour. also did a full maintenance and made sure the house was cool. what could have been over 7k to replace turned into an affordable repair with the kindest and most efficient staff i have ever had the pleasure to work with! HIGHLY recommend. ​

I was fortunate enough to find Bowman Heating and AC back in 2013. They were recommended to me by a friend that had worked with them and she attested to their honesty. They installed a new unit for me and have serviced that unit for 11 years and all of my dealings with them have proven to me they are honest and always do good work. I had the opportunity to meet them at a family member's house this week with what we were scared was the need for a new unit. Their honesty was again shining when we only needed a repair and our total bill was only $425. This unit will need to be replaced in a few years and we will definitely go with Bowman again. I cannot recommend this company enough for their good work, honesty and fair prices.

The crew just left after installing my new heating system, and I couldn't be more pleased. They arrived a bit earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise, and completed the job efficiently. Their attention to detail and consideration for my home was impressive.

Why can we not give this guy ZERO stars? This guy is INCREDIBLY RUDE to say the least. And his a/c skills are questionable at best. We have a business with 25 employees and while one of our employees was getting the key to our server room to let him in to check the air handler (it is in the same room), he BROKE INTO OUR SERVER ROOM. Yes, he picked the lock because he could not wait one minute. Just was incredibly rude. DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!

Came out on a Sunday after a friend recommended him to me. He charged nothing to look at the unit, unlike the 3 places I called before. My handler was replaced the very next day and for less than half the cost Waychoff’s estimated I would need to spend.

I have used Hoke on multiple occasions and he has been prompt and fixed the problem at a fair price. The first time he was called in as a second opinion, after one of the TV ad guys, had given us a quote ..... Hoke came diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit for a fraction of the other quote .... most of what was on the first quote did not need replaced.

Hoke Keller is a very honest, fair, reliable & knowledgeable HVAC man. he had done service work as well as full unit replacement for myself and many. many of my neighbors. He goes above & beyond the call. Comes early or late especially if you have a serious issue (like no AC in the dead of summer, or no heat in middle of winter) I would highly recommend hi to anyone needing service or whole unit replacement.

Hoke has been a friend to my mother and her family for over 35 years , he is always came out same day for all his customers and provides remarkable personable service! Our outside unit went out he came out same day, 2 days later brought us a brand new unit with an updated push screen controlled thermostat. He is in and out , have not had troubles since and this was 8 years ago!

Hoke Keller AC company has been servicing our business for over 10 years. He is always polite and courteous. He comes out the same day if we have AC problems and fixes it right away. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He knows his stuff. The below negative comment was a job Hoke was doing for us in our building and we were very satisfied with his professionalism with us. Hoke had to get into a closet where the ac unit was leaking.

Mr. Hoke was a recommendation from a family friend. I highly recommend Hoke as well after his help today during a difficult time for our family. The man, the legend, Hoke is definitely our new AC guy for any future needs. Thank you sir, and God bless.
