The employee in the Blue mid 2000's F150 has severe road rage issues and would really benefit from anger management classes before they get themselves arrested or worse.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Johnston has almost everything you could possibly want, and at great prices. They are my go to HVAC supplier in Jacksonville.

I mange the HVAC systems at a large college campus. I have been shopping at Johnstone Supply almost exclusively since 1991, and before then occasionally while working for a mechanical contractor for 7 years. They always have a smile and are very knowlegable.If you ask an employee a question and they don't have the answer, they WILL ALWAYS get it for you. Some Supply chains treat you like a lower class customer when they find out you don't work for a mechanical contractor. They don't even want to sell you parts or equipment even though you have all of the proper credentials to purchase them, UNLESS, you have an acount with them. Johnstone is 5 star +.

This is hands down the best HVAC supply store in Jacksonville, maybe North Florida. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products offered and can always come back with good insight.

I will certainly go back to get the supplies I need here. Prices are good and they had everything i needed. Tyler at the sales counter was A+ too.

The guy named Chad is very rude and short with people. Refuses to listen and hangs up the phone on people. I would never do business with this company even if they had the product I needed. I will take my business elsewhere and I will make sure all the other contractors I know and work with take there business elsewhere. Strange up disappointed and disrespected.

Very slow unloading outside carriers. I had large items on my truck, very lightweight, and I was here over 3 hours. I lost my next load as a result of their slowness.

Average. Unloaded in less than 2 hours. Not alot of space to wait if you arrive early.

Great place they have everything you need and very reasonable prices. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I showed up the gentleman asked if I wanted the American made or the Chinese made model. I'd only brought a certain amount with me so I asked the prices and I was quoted for the American made one with the better warranty and it ended up being just a little bit cheaper then what I was originally told. I will definitely be coming back here.

Beware, it takes 3 hours plus to unload. Ridiculous! I've delivered to other Johnstone supply warehouses, and would be out within a hour or less. This makes no sense. Btw...BEWARE OF THE RUDE IGNORANT GUY BY THE NAME OF MIKE. He is super disrespectful and will challenge your manhood by talking crazy to you as if your time doesn't matter. Unloading me this slow made me miss my next load. Time is money and these guys have no respect for your time. The DC in Waller, TX where I pick up from had 15/20 trucks and I still was loaded and out of there in 1 1/2 hours. This place needs to be re- evaluated and start having respect for our time.

Robert, Shanna, Bailey, Tony, Ryan - my people! I can't leave out Barbara even though she's now retired, and Hank even though in another department. These guys are top notch and leave no stone unturned. Thank you so much for always being willing to dive down the rabbit hole for whatever weird bit or bob I happen to be searching for on a given day. I often place orders with Robert and even when it's being picked up at another location, he never misses a beat letting me know it's ready to be picked up. You just can't beat the level of service these folks provide and consistently at that. It's a pleasure to work with you all each opportunity that arises to do so.
