Ontime, covered shoes, courteous and caring. They explained the whole process before they began and then went about removing all the vent covers. They wasted no time and proceeded every step in cleaning the vents and air conditioning unit. They vacuumed after they finished ( not much to vacuum) and left my house feeling cleaner and fresher. The price was a little high but you get what you pay for. They did a great job!

Everyone I dealt with at this company was very helpful and professional. They stuck with me until the problem was solved to my satisfaction. Jacob and Curtis in particular. Would highly recommend.

Just finished up another great service appointment with Weather Engineers. After dealing with multiple A/C companies that left us less than satisfied, I can’t recommend Weather Engineers, and specifically their technician Jason, enough. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and does a wonderful job every time we are in need of his expertise!

The only reason i am giving it a 4 is because i had to ask one of the guys whomever was working on cleaning the blower wheel about removing it. He was planning on cleaning around it and not removing the blower wheel itself because he stated, “he couldn’t get it out”. I advised him that i was told it could be removed and cleaned which is one of the main reasons i chose envirovac. He said, he would do what he can. No more than 10 minutes later the blower wheel was removed. It felt like to me he was trying to play me for a fool not thinking i would ask questions or pay attention to what was going on. I didn’t like that at all. Dont try to half ass a job that we are paying good money for. I shouldn’t have had to ask that question for you to try harder to remove it. Besides that they were very nice, professional, quick and cleaned up great behind themselves. Good job overall.

We were totally satisfied from start to finish with our project. We had to replace our entire duct system in our home. 4 bed 2 ba, 2500 sqft home. Our initial meeting with Climate Associate Curtis was great, he gave a detailed estimate and explanation of work to be completed and what exactly to expect. The scheduling department promptly got us scheduled. The crew that showed up was very courteous and professional at all times. They worked hard for 3 days to complete on time. I did have them come back to rehang a portion of duct they missed. But even that was hassle free. Installer Jacob was really great to have working our job, I feel like he really knew what he was doing. And very thankful no one fell through the ceiling. Having the ducts replaced was money well spent, such a noticeable improvement. I highly recommend and will have them back again for the maintenance plans they offer and for future duct cleaning, etc. They are top notch and very reasonably priced and reliable. I have to say when interacting on the phone, the ladies are so pleasant and friendly, a delightful experience all around.

Estimators, customer service reps, and both ac and system cleaning crews were very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. One of the few companies I do not worry about inviting into my home. Quality work at a fair price.

They did a fantastic job of cleaning our AC unit and ducts post mold remediation by another company. The guys were respectful and knowledgeable which was comfortable for me and my kids who were home at the time of service. The vacuum was loud and I’m sensitive to smells so I do recommend planning to be outside during the process - or leave and come back. They were so prompt-just over an hour for the whole process-our house is less than 2,000 sq ft. Their cost is in line with what other companies are charging for this service. They spend more time on the front end explaining it to me so I had a thorough grasp of the process and felt comfortable with what would take place. Will recommend them to anyone we know!

After dealing with insurance that wouldn’t cover the moldy vents from our poor new-build installation, we were stuck. Most companies wanted outrageous fees just to help. These guys were a lifesaver—super cost-effective, thorough with cleaning & sanitizing all of our vents, and their communication & flexibility were excellent. The men who helped us were great and we were comfortable having them in our home. We also purchased a whole home air purifier through them, and we can already feel the difference—it’s a great investment. While I’m frustrated we had to pay out of pocket due to crappy home insurance, I’m so glad we chose them. They did an outstanding job!

I had my air ducts cleaned. The crew did a nice job of cleaning the ducts and cleaning up as best as they could afterwards.

You have to expect to have some debris coming out of your air ducts afterwards. I don’t know maybe for a week or so. They disturbed the dirt in the ducts, but the vacuum system cannot pull everything out. It takes time to get rid of all of it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Joe saved our lives getting a quick capacitor fixed for our AC to start working asap moving in to our new home. True professional and very knowledgeable. Ask for him if you can, you won't be disappointed.
