They arrived punctually and began working immediately. Team members were courteous and mindful of my home environment. I felt comfortable having them inside and appreciated their professionalism.

Having dealt with many in this industry due to two “toxic homes” (mold) — we have had many many folks in our home, trying to help us — and I can say with assurance these folks ACTUALLY helped us.

They have integrity. They are not trying to be deceptive. They are not trying to sell you more than you need. They are not screwing up your house worse (Trust me, I’ve had many of those folks 👎💔).

From start to finish — from talking through what I needed to have done to having them explain their process versus the typical “ductwork cleaners” — to the actual work being done, I am thoroughly impressed.

The techs were efficient, professional, knowledgeable and were careful of while working around furniture. Price was competitive. Revisited to complete a minor repair. Provided before and after photos. Included dryer duct cleaning at no additional charge. Have noticed less dusk and air is cleaner with noticeable improvement. Would recommend highly.

Two very professional and friendly employees were on time the day of our appointment. They worked quietly moving furniture, cleaning out all the ductwork and dryer vent, washing all of the diffusers and vent covers, vacuuming and moving furniture back in place and we’re finished in the time they had allowed for. This company has it all together. Great customer service and the technician Jason Campbell was outstanding. We have used Weather Engineers since moving to Jacksonville almost nine years ago and we wouldn’t call any other AC company for all our needs. We also have their maintenance plan where they cone out twice a year and put us as first call if we ever need service.
