28 September I wake up around 8am with the A/C blowing hot air. I call Strada and they said we can get someone out there between 12 and 4. The technician shows up early to my surprise around 11, within 30 minutes he has me back up and running. Outstanding services today, thank you Strada.

Adriel arrived on time and was extremely respectful (even took off his boots before entering my house, which I told him wasn’t necessary as I have several dogs but he insisted)
Extremely nice guy and would recommend him to absolutely anyone! I really enjoyed talking with him while he was serving my unit. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Man! This company is great. Fast service and came out the next day! Shout out to Dalton & Tyler at West location. These brothers did a great job and they were down to earth, nice and cool to be around. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Y’all keep doing what y’all doing guys! If I had another issue i definitely recommending y’all to come out and take care the issue! Happy Friday and happy thanksgiving!

Adriel was a great technician…he knows his stuff! He was very professional, explained what was happening to the system. He has great skills & represents the company positively. I would love to have him every time I have a problem.

We had an excellent technician Adriel who came out on an emergency call to us,he was polite, professional and fixed our problem as well as explaining what to do to prevent what happened!
I live with my 86 yr old father so I was extremely grateful for him to come out after hours!
There should be more people like him who actually care and get the job done!

Adriel was great! We called earlier in the day due to our AC unit going out. Adriel had a lot of appointments that he had to take care of, but made sure to communicate with us and make sure we were updated. When he got here he was very friendly and located/fixed the problem very quickly and made the whole interaction very seamless.

Strata HVAC team remained professional and courteous through a prolonged repair process.
Due to replacement parts being discontinued our system was out of service for several days and multiple Strata team members worked seamlessly to get the new Lennox upgrade part asap!
Ms Crystal R. Job performance turned the tide. Her extra efforts to get parts talk to technician management and retrieve warranty info from the Original defunct installer made the difference.
Todd the technician used his years of experience to review, remove and install the updated part.

The service gentleman went above and beyond to provide maintenance for our Air conditioning unit.
He remedied an issue that wasn't addressed during the original installation. I recommend the crew at Strada for your AC needs.

James arrived on time, kept us informed of what he was doing and finished in a timely manner. This is our first experience with STRADA and they didn’t disappoint.

Just needed the thermostat replaced due to it shorting out. The tech was very kind and considerate of having carpet in the house, he took off his shoes right away. Wish there was more people that were friendly and knowledgeable in the industry. Great job!!

Electrical outlets put in So I can hang my TVs. Jason was amazing.

I had Adriel out today for one of my yearly maintenance jobs, and he did an outstanding job, very knowledgeable. I’ve had maintenance on my ac in the past but Adriel did a better job than anyone else before him, he actually did a full maintenance things others in the past had clearly skipped.

Pursuant to our back patio build, we have been planning for months, and had several electrician estimates along the way. I got in touch with Cory, and so glad that I did. As evidenced by the large “Strada“ sticker on my electrical panel, Corey advised that he was part and parcel of putting electrical systems in the houses where I live about 6 years ago. I received a professional, written estimate, where other companies/electricians simply couldn’t be bothered to put anything in writing about what they were gonna do. Strada was needed to put a “whip“ in for a new Sundance hot tub, along with installation of a few new outlets. Long story short, they showed up on time, were flexible with our patio build going on around them, and they completed their job with the utmost professionalism, friendliness, care, and attention that we could have asked for. We have no issue recommending Cory, and his team to anyone. The price was fair, the work was completed on time, and due to an oversight of the hot tub company, Cory sent out one of his team members a second time to make an adjustment to the length of the whip on the day of hot tub delivery because it came up slightly short. If you’re looking for an electrician in the surrounding Jacksonville towns, this is the place! If I were you, I’d ask for Corey and his team. We are grateful that we hired Strada JAX for the job. Thank you Corey, Jahmel and Jovell. You guys rock!!!

Professional and friendly service. Quickly took care of all our concerns and went over and beyond ! Very satisfied.

Strada Services Technicians were on-time, professional and explained every step of the process. Strada Techs ensured the worksite inside and out of the house was cleaned up as if they were never there. They inspected my existing setup and made improvements to my existing duct work to make it more efficient. Installation of the mini split system was well coordinated and professionally installed. Replacement of the whole house system was smooth and the AC was back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Strada Services for anyone looking to install, replace AC units or for periodic maintenance. Well Done!

Michael came out to do an assessment of the required work. He was very pleasant and efficient.

Had Adrian come out to give my system a once over. As always he presented himself in a very professional manner and explained what he found while doing his maintenance. Pointed out some moisture issues inside the compressor and recommended a UV light. Didn’t really want to spend the money at this time, but because he has demonstrated his knowledge and expertise I decided to go with his recommendation. I am very pleased with Adrian and he represents Strada well.

Rey was outstanding! He was working in over 95 degree temperatures to do our install. It had to be close to 120 degrees in our attic. Luckily he only needed to be up there a very short time.
The company should have sent him with a helper. he never complained and he had to comeback the next day to complete the job. He did an excellent job. We have Strada Security and this is the first time that we used them for electric. Their prices were fair and they did quality work.
Rey really took pride of workmanship and that is something that is rarely seen these days!

I was very very pleased with Strada. When I called to schedule an appointment, the lady was very professional, thorough, and understanding. They were able to get me a tech the same day. We had Riley come to our rescue. He was very thorough and was able to find the problem quickly. He explained everything to us in a way that we would understand and offered suggestions to help us in the future. Thank you for a job well done!
