On June 10th my A/C compressor locked up. I called Vons hearing and air and they sent a tech out right away. Mr. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing my A/C unit. Found that the compressor was locked up. He gave me my options and told me the pros and cons of both. I went with getting a whole new unit. Mr. Derek Barr, a GM, called me and started the process with me on financing my new unit. He even drove an hour away to my residence to bring me 2 portable units and installed them in my house to keep my family and I cool until the new unit is installed. The next day Mr. Earnest and his team came out that morning and went to work. They removed the old unit and installed a whole new one in just a few hours. They kept me up to date on what they were doing at all times. They were professional, knowledgeable AND kept the area clean at all times which is very hard to find. I could say a whole lot more about Vons Heating and Air but to keep it simple, I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Amazing service! We had to have a new system installed and I camt say enough good things about this company. Derek (the GM) was awesome and there was no high pressure sales nonsense. Ernie, Brandon, and Hayden installed the system and did a fantastic job!

We called to make a maintenance appointment and they scheduled it same day. Mario showed up on time, and was absolutely the best. He took time to go over everything with my husband and explain different options we have. Definitely giving Von's and Mario 5 stars!!!

Awesome service , a startup capacitor went out on my 7 year old 4 ton system,
Service man Mr Tyler showed up on time went straight to the problem figured it out quickly that it was a capacitor and the price was applicable for this situation,
Mr Tyler has worked in my neighborhood at 2 different addresses that I know and both said that he did an excellent job very professional and I like that, get the job done fast as possible,
That's why I specifically asked to have him come out here if he could and he did and I'm happy, 😁

Brian installed a total unit today. He was punctual and most professional. I recommend him and Elite AC.

My ac stopped working on a Friday afternoon, I called another company out to run diagnostics and they gave me a the estimate and said the earliest it could be repaired is Monday. I did a quick Google search for the average price of the repairs I needed and the quote the first company gave me seemed really high. After that I started searching for another company to give me a quote and found that Von's was highly rated, so I called them on Saturday and Mario came out that afternoon. Their cost to repair was 1/3 of the price the first company gave me!
Mario came back out on Monday and had everything fixed in no time. Von's should be the first call you make, don't waste money on other companies. Friendly staff, fast and way more affordable service than other companies, I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Having issues with AC unit on Saturday, Jonathan technician came and took care of business. Listen to all my concerns and addressed all my concerns. Been using Vons for years and I would not go anywhere else.

Travis just fixed our system late on a Friday afternoon, we are relieved as we are having a rare cold snap and the lows are in the 30s. He was on time, on point and a great credit to Von's. Thanks much!

Travis was great. My appointment was scheduled between 8-10 and he was at my front door by 8. He was informative and genuine. He even offered me the maintenance plan and explained the benefits of the plan.

Dalton was awesome! Very professional and was very informative letting me know what he was doing every step of the way. Wouldnt want anyone else to service my account.

Eric and his team did a great job. They showed up right away and fixed my issue fast and conveniently. They offer no hassle pricing. I would recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!

My opinion of Vons Heating and air.
I called on Saturday,May 24th and spoke to Tonya. She was very kind, very helpful and very professional. She was able to schedule a technician to come out to check out my unit that day. The technician Eric called me and asked if he could come earlier than I was actually scheduled and I said of course he could come. He removed the panel off of unit and we could see where it had caught on fire and burned all the electrical components. Eric did not have to say a word I knew right away it would mean a new system. He was able to get me some quotes on three different units in just a few minutes-that afternoon. Eric left me with the Quotes. I told him I had to pray about it and get all the information I could to make a good decision. He was OK with that. I called them back later that afternoon and told them my decision. Eric said that they would check and see if they had everything they needed to install me the new unit the next morning. I got a call back early Saturday evening, saying they would be here at 8 o’clock Sunday morning.
Chris and Austin arrived a little before 8 o’clock Sunday May 25, They got started right away, worked very efficiently and professionally were very courteous, kind and considerate of me and my property. Austin seemed to anticipate all of Chris’s moves and when he would be needed to Help. In return Chris also knew when Austin needed help all at the same time each worked on their part of the job. A few minutes after 11 A.m. they were finished with the install cleaned up and ready to go. I would like to say thank you for the entire staff at Vons. I could not ask to be treated any better. besides being a weekend, it was also a holiday weekend. I would say five stars are well deserved. Thank you again BJ Taylor.

Matt was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are excellent. I was fairly sure that I would need to replace my unit And he showed me the cost of fixing the old unit and the benefits and cost of replacing it.

I will never stop recommending Von’s heating and air. This is how a company should be ran, they’re honest, quick and so helpful! Jonathan was at the house quicker than he was scheduled and I couldn’t be more thankful. They have always gone above and beyond for us! We’re a client for life! A huge Thank you to the Von’s team!

It's never fun to have to call a repair person but i honestly couldn't be more pleased with the thoroughness and kindness shown by Tyler! He was prompt and helped explain the issue as well as showed me how to prevent future mistakes. As a first time home owner- I very much appreciate this kind of advice! I will definitely be recommending to anyone that needs any kind of assistance with AC.

My a c unit was leaking all over my floor last night . I called Vons about seven p m and a guy named Tyler came out within the hour. He said my lines were clogged and called me over to witness it before cleaning it out. Im very pleased with them .

I had an A/C emergency recently and called Von's before 9am. I was immediately scheduled for a visit at 2 pm the same day. Tyler, the technician, was on time, very professional and knowledgeable regarding my A/C issues. He took the time to thoroughly test and diagnose my system, explained to me in terms I could easily understand what my options and costs were, and then proceeded to expertly complete all repairs we agreed on. The cost was within a few dollars of his estimate, and the system is back to working like new!! I would highly recommend Von's and Tyler to anyone for any A/C repair or service needs.
