I typically prefer not to share negative experiences, but I feel compelled to discuss my time with Jani King and their cleaning services. From the very beginning, we encountered numerous issues regarding the quality of cleaning services. Throughout our brief partnership, Jani King frequently changed our cleaning staff, and the lack of care and attention to detail was quite disappointing. Despite our efforts to address these concerns, the quality of service remained far below acceptable standards. And I mean simple sanitation practices that are common sense to the average person.

Ultimately, we made the difficult decision to cancel our contract with Jani King, as we found ourselves needing to allocate time from our own schedules to clean up after their services. A significant turning point for us was when their team left our business unlocked overnight, which raised serious security concerns.

When we initiated the cancellation process, we were informed of a 45-day notice requirement. We complied, but during this period, we faced additional challenges, including the accidental damage of expensive equipment and again having to properly clean after their “cleaning”. Attempting to file an insurance claim has been a frustrating experience. Overall, our time with Jani-King has been quite negative, and we decided to discontinue our services early, as it was causing us more frustration. I didn’t want to write this review however they have offered zero resolution to resolve the issues we have had, their response is to simply throw a contract in your face.

We have been using Jani-King Service for our commercial business for several years now and they are absolutely fantastic! Andrea Coenen (our rep ) provides top level customer service by reaching out monthly to ensure our services are being met to the standards they pride themselves on. The communication is very professional yet feels like you are receiving an e mail from a friend asking how you day was. You don't find the personal touch from many businesses anymore and I must say it is refreshing having a local business that truly cares. In addition, the service they provide is reliable and top notch. We have not once had an issue with the regular cleanings. Jani- King is very thorough and leaves our office all shiny again.
