Im excited to begin this next chapter. I just completed the first steps to Financial Independence as a Jan-Pro franchise owner. I started out using Jan-Pro 3 years ago and it started out rough. I was spending a great deal of my time supervising the team. However, about a year ago, I met with the leadership and got a great team that does the cleaning and has oversight done by Jan-Pro. It has made a world of difference to us all.

We are very happy with John & Tina from Jan Pro. They do an excellent job. If anything is ever missed, they come right over and take care of it. We have been very happy with all results.

Huge shout out to Tara, our Field Service Rep with JANPRO. We had trouble with our past cleaning crews, and as soon as she saw what was going on she quickly got involved and got us a new crew to come handle our office. She is so sweet, so helpful, and definitely made us feel better by listening to our concerns and actually doing something about it. We are so happy to have her as a contact if we ever need help with anything.
