Great experience working with them. Met the associate that would be performing the weekly cleaning so could put a face with a name. Respectful and did ask questions. Also cleaned our carpets and stripped the flooring. Great service each week.

We had Stratus to an initial clean of our office - They did an excellent job and we were very pleased once we returned to office. Down to the baseboards and even the inside of our microwave is spotless! We are looking forward to their continuous cleans.

We started using Stratus in mid 2022 for my condominium complex and were very pleased with Heather and her willingness to work with us to understand and meet our specific needs. Louis started very shortly after the contract was signed, and the quality of his work has been wonderful. He is responsive and very detailed oriented. When we needed a special project done, Heather worked with us to make the arrangements and Louis did his usual fantastic job. I would definitely recommend working with Stratus and Louis.

Our shop at the beach recently had to move from another cleaning company because the standard of service had changed considerably. Stratus was our answer to a long drawn out processing of changing cleaning service providers and we feel so lucky to have found our current crew.
