Royal Green has been taking care of my lawn for 3 years and it has never looked better even with the drought conditions we recently have had. I highly recommend them

Had this company for over a year and as of late no more call ahead and yard was not looking as good. Upon last visit I was out back working and never saw the tech spray front or back for 1 whole side of my home. I went back to check my home surveillance system and he never sprayed half of my lawn.

I called and spoke with the route manager and he asked me to save the footage he would like to see. I did so and as soon as he arrived he had an attitude and said I don’t believe he didn’t spray your yard. Refused to look at the footage on my phone. It was the complete footage for over 50 mins the tech was spraying mine and adjoining lawns. Manager advised me to email him and he will watch with the owner. I explained it’s to large to email and he said no you can. I tried and failed and emailed him letting him know I could not send. I never heard back but sure got a full bill. I called multiple times and left messages asking for a call back from the owner as that’s who I was told would contact me.

A lady called Friday to tell me she knows the tech sprayed and said cameras don’t record everything. Mind you my dvr stores 2 weeks. And it was ok for the sheriffs office when they knocked on my door looking for a missing person. But not Royal Green. Manager advised trucks have cameras and that drivers park at each house individually. He parked 2 doors down from me. I’ve never seen the truck footage or been told the footage shows him spraying my whole yard.

Today I get a call from the GM and I explained everything and he too told me the tech sprayed. So I was called a liar by 3 employees. And told me he’s not the owner that owners don’t deal with customers. Cool story. Even told me he’s been blamed before for not spraying properly.

I have nothing to hide and no reason to call up. I was just wanting to be serviced again properly but due to no response I canceled. Had them a year and referred a few people. No reason to leave. If not for this issue I’d still have Royal Green. I now have to find someone else. Quite disappointing the owner hides from customers.

Gm said drivers don’t park at each house when treating but manager said they do. Many things the two said contradict each other. They are not on the same page. Sad cause they came highly recommended. Best of luck Royal Green.

Joe is amazing. He is the complete pkg. He is knowledgeable and provides excellent service. Because of him we now have a healthy and beautiful lawn!

The owners of this company have many decades of experience and always do what’s best for each lawn. They’re efficient monthly service which isn’t offered by MANY company’s anymore. They always do what’s best and will help out when mistakes are made even if it is a home owners fault. They truly value retaining customers and always doing what’s right! No better company.

Joe is wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me understand the different types of grass I have in my yard and what to expect in each season with each type of grass. He also answered all of my questions about the best time of year to prune my trees and offered advice on the best way to prune them.

After numerous years of trying to get a green lawn, I decided to search for a lawn company and chose Royal Green. Needless to say after 3 months I could not be happier. I was told my yard will get ugly before better. Well right on target, my lawn is now thick and green. I’m getting grass where I thought it would never grow. David is fabulous, knowledgeable with my lawn treatment and always messages me before treatment so
