Landscaping reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

We really like this particular hardware store a lot. We were here last year when we were visiting our dad and we were so impressed with the garden center. There were so many healthy looking plants and we actually made a point to purchase a mulberry bush on our way out of town.

We were excited to return this year but the garden center is looking quite sad in comparison to last year. Not sure if it's just bad timing of the month or season, but I hope it picks up!

The rest of the store is wonderful. Really love the attached gift shop also. Great stuff for sale.

People that work here have the worst attitudes like they're better than. I asked a Spanish Lady that worked in paint area where the jewelry place was and she said in plans English that she speaks only Spanish. Lies. Then customer service has crappy attitudes and so did EVERY Worker that I passed by. Just nasty attitudes. I would NOT recommend this Walmart EVER. Booooo!!!!!!! 👎And this happened on Wednesday,April 22nd at 6:54pm. Bad crew. I'd be embarrassed. They are definitely in the wrong business. You know, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hence the name. Geez.

Love it so clean

Many of the plants are dead, moldy or just not cared for.

Not a very large selection like Lowe's next door, but a little cheaper plants.

Plants are always on the verge of death. Doors haven't been open to use for over 2 year's!!!!

So it’s walmart. They have everything you typically need and this one is clean, but this walmart severely lacks in customer service. We have been here multiple times and it’s the same thing different day. No one smiles at you, the last two times we have came specifically we have had to request assistance retrieving items from locked cases, we have to stop an employee from their walk and both times the employee didn’t even say A WORD directly to us. They just called it in and went on about their day. Also we waited a really long time both times for someone to open the case. And i’m not the customer that says “long time” and it really means like 5 mins. No both times we have waited no less than 25-30 mins just standing waiting. I work in manual labor the first thing i want to do when I get off work is stand even longer on my feet. If you need something quick come and get it, but hope it’s not behind glass. Glhf shopper.
