Update.. September 22, 2025

After initially reaching out to Truegreen regarding the damaged conditions of my lawn I was contacted by Dean one of their local supervisors. He came out to my home and attempted to claim my newly sod had a fungus he couldn't identify. I ruled out that false claim after advising him the white substance was actually Epson Salt that google suggested was good to apply on st augustine grass when attempting to recover damaged grass. He returned to my home a couple of times and applied additional applications to try and restart growth to my damaged grass. He advised he would revisit every 10 days until the grass recovered. His last visit was August 19th. I reached out multiple times to TruGreen to follow-up on assistance from Dean. This morning September 22nd the agent called and attempted to claim I was advised the grass wouldn't recover which was a false claim. As a disabled Marine Vet I'm totally upset after spending several thousand dollars placing new sod on multiple areas of my property that their chemicals damaged. I will pursue a lawsuit immediately against this company and owner!!

I'm so tired of these companies egos knowing the service isn't covered. I can't attach photos of my burnt grass after the service appointment from TruGreen. I immediately contacted their customer service and was advised someone would come to my home to look at the yard. No follow-up or contact from TruGreen! I will follow through with canceling and filing a complaint as I just had new sod placed on my property

My lawn was in a good condition before True green applications. I have called several times and they send a technician and a supervisor for an evaluation but as today I have not idea if they are going to be able to fix what they damaged. Attached are some pictures, so you can judge by yourself

The photos are of my yard before and after a year with TruGreen. I’ve been with them for almost 3 years and my lawn becomes more beautiful every spring. I now see my neighbors are starting to use their service.

Trugreen totally went down hill. My yard is a mess. First photo how it looks today (they did finally spray today). I called for several weeks, no one available. This is unacceptable for a large corporation. The first year of service was great. They had a manager change over went down hill. The second photo is my neighbor great yard by Julington which is great. Trugreen excuse this will happen in winter. This is not acceptable. The district manager needs to communicate with me.

Neil has been my regular guy for over a year now he is so professional and really cares about how the lawn is doing he keeps me update on everything he is doing and what I should do to keep my green and healthy lawn thanks Neil for a great job

Our lawn tech Zack always communicates with us! We have used Fairway Lawns for the past 4 years, and we still get comments from our neighbors about how great the front yard looks!

Fairway lawns is a great company. Reasonable prices and a great maintenance schedule. My Lawn tech, Neil, is very thorough and always explains what will be addressed on each visit. Couldn't be happier.

Technician showed up with wind gusts to 25mph. Had conversation that it probably wasn't a good day to do a service. He said he just needed to be careful not to over spray. He was gone in under 10 minutes
