My technician (Dylan) is knowledgeable about my lawn and weeds! Dylan took the time to answer my questions and walk the property with me while he did so before he even started treatment. Dylan is knowledgeable about the job he is doing and did it professionally!

Dominic was the first Trugreen employee who actually rang my doorbell and waited for me to answer. All the other employes would ring my doorbell and start spraying before I answered. He made sure that he knew all the areas I wanted sprayed because my property lines are a little complicated. Great employee!

TruGreen has been wonderful. I had mosquitoes and some type of gnats around my bushes. They serviced yard and although it took care of majority I still had some activity. I made a call and they were happy to send a tech back out the very next day to treat again. Very easy to work with and pleasant. Our tech Troy Bell was vey good and thorough!!! I was skeptical because I’ve used other pesticide services and I decided to try TruGreen and combo it with my yard and it went from brown to green as well. My experience with them has been very good!!!

I’ve been very disappointed with TruGreen’s service. After a full year of treatments, torpedo grass spread throughout my yard without them ever identifying or notifying me of the issue. By the time I discovered it myself, it had overtaken large areas of my lawn. For the price paid, I expected proactive communication and proper lawn care, not for major problems to go unnoticed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their service.

Tamarins always does a great job when he comes to treat my lawns and that is why I don’t want anyone else handling my lawns.

Worst experience- did not show up on original day , they showed up at the very end of the make up day only to leave because no one was home. Then put in the system equipment issue , but camera says different. Would not recommend, quick to sell and get you to pay upfront, but can’t speak to anyone except in a call center in KC. Call Trugreen for the second time in 2 days to talk about the bugs in my lawn. service was just provided today on Friday around 11 thirty, but the other serviceman indicated what he was putting down was not necessarily for chichbugs. after we reviewed the lawn area he Agreed with me that I have chinchbugs. I guess calling the company 2 days ago didn't do any good, but after calling today, they indicated they could get a special treatment out in 2 to 5 days for chinchbugs, which in my opinion, gives to bugs about a week. Or week and a 1/2 to eat up my lawn. If that's the best can be done, we will see.

Fernando did an excellent job of assessing my yard and explaining what was required to take care of brown spots, weeds etc. in order to green up my yard. He also took the time to explain proper watering and mowing tips. Fernando made very good first impression! Highly recommend True Green!

Fernando is the absolute best turf specialist! Through his efforts our yard is nice and green. We are so impressed with Fernando that we don’t want any other True Green turf specialist maintaining our yard. We highly recommend True Green for all of your yard services!

TruGreen is the absolute worst... I believe in second chances and I gave one to TruGreen just to be let down again. Everything they said they would do to fix my yard has not worked or they are just spaying water on it. The weeds are still there and the Saint Augustine grass has not grown in as they said it would. I have more bald spots than a cheap rug after a cat fight. Never again TruGreen, I would rather give that money to the homeless every month at least I would get some sort of satisfaction. My neighbors all use a little Mom and Pop and their yards are amazing. I will be calling them today.

Constantly had to babysit them to come out when they were supposed to. This year they tried to rip me off and cut my prepaid service short. They spend 3min max from the time they arrive to the time they leave and dont get the whole yard. I don't have time to babysit your scrappy service. Did not renew service.

Fernando Bernales was my specialist today. Very helpful guy. Gave me good advice on what I needed to do fix up a couple bad spots on my lawn. A pleasure working with him.

They don’t adhere to no soliciting signs, invaded the neighborhood and were incredibly rude when asked to leave. This guy was rude and harassed me when they left the neighborhood. Worthless company, he told me he would wait for the cops to come and they and I could talk to his manager; then sped out through the neighborhood flashing obscene gestures out the window.

Had to have a technician come over to my property to address burnt and weeds on my lawn. I’ve been on the schedule with TrueGreen for over two years.

Our technician, Fernando has done a great job maintaining our yard resulting in many of our. neighbors requesting his services as they see the results in our yard!

Troy did an excellent job. He covered every area of the property and was very detailed with his application.

He is the most impressive of all of your service personnel that we have experienced. He takes his time and covers every area of the yard with precision. In my opinion, he would benefit your company more by becoming a trainer and mentor for new hires. He models excellence in his job performance.

I will recommend True Green to everyone. My grass was looking sad. I hire True Green at the end of summer last year, my grass is healthy green and strong. Give them a call.

I gave 5 stars because the technician was helpful and knowledgeable. However for some reason the person setting up the contract put NA on the left side treatment of my house. This is the worst side. I really do not understand why she did this.

After two years of using TruGreen My lawn was looking normal/acceptable. That changed when they treated it April 18th.

Naturally they never treat every square foot of the yard, so it’s easy to show grass they treated vs untouched sections.

The last treatment was overdone and burned the grass. Photos are of the middle of the yard versus a corner the guy didn’t treat. Both are well watered and exposed to the same amount of sunlight. The yellowing and spotting occurs through the entire yard. I’ve had three independent firms take a look and confirm it’s not disease, bugs or fungal.

There is no compensating for the damage, they only offer to correct it as many times as needed which I don’t think the grass could even handle at this point.

I'm really sad to have to write a bad review review about this company. I have used them a few times through the years and drop them due to poor service.
I received multiple text messages over the course of two days asking how was my service today. Because I was at work I check my cameras on my phone and the recording didn't show any service either day. I did make contact with TruGreen and ask for a return call from either my salesman or manager which now its been 6 days and no call from anyone.

Just know I don't like to badmouth any company unless its truly necessary but something is really wrong with there customer service.

Also, while I'm venting I did get a call from my salesman a few weeks ago asking if the service was working and I did have a couple of complaints.
The front and side of my property looks great and I think part of that's due to me fertilizing the yard just before they started working for me. The back yard still has dollar weeds and other weeds and I'm not so happy. So with that sad my sales guys said he would send a technician over to the house between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. and they never arrived.

So if your looking for a company to keep your lawn looking healthy and green you might want to think about talking to others before you agree to using this company.
