I came to the store to purchase 16-foot deck boards. Only 23 boards were available in stock, while I needed 45. I asked the staff for assistance and was told to wait 20 minutes because the remaining boards would be brought in from outside.

In the end, I waited for an entire hour. During that time, no one came to help me. A manager never showed up either. Every time I asked different employees for an update, I was told the same thing: “five more minutes.” Nothing was ever done.

Complete disregard for the customer, lack of responsibility, and total indifference.
Without a doubt, this is one of the worst stores in Jacksonville in terms of customer service.

I had an issue with an online order not being delivered on time. Contacted the customer service number provided, as directed via email a couple of times and was unable to resolve the issue. Some how I found myself transferred by customer service to the store. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Mason, one of the managers there. He was extremely professional and personable at the same time. He spoke to me with genuine empathy concerning my delay of delivery, and though it was not his fault he took ownership and responsibility to address and solve the problem with a sense of urgency. My delivery then arrived within just a couple of hours (after I had previously waited 4 days for a same-day order). Thank you Mason for going above and beyond to assist me!

They have NO CLUE what they’re doing. I would NEVER go in there again!! I will definitely go out of my way to not go to Walmart nursery again.

I highly recommend Adela Irrigation & Drainage for drainage and irrigation issues. John Ryan and his team did excellent work to solve my drainage problems, and went the extra mile going beyond my expectations. He and Luis worked through the rain storms all day yesterday, and even returned today to pressure wash my back paver area when the work was completed. My yard no longer floods and looks great. I will use Adela again in the future.

I had major flooding issues in my backyard. I contacted Adela for a quote and had my quote within 1 hour of the estimate. John, Chris, and Robert worked for two days through the pouring rain and high summer heat to install a double french drain and a sump pump system. It rained during the job, and I was able to show John some additional pooling in the yard. John adjusted the plans on the fly to add an additional drain, and ever since the work has been completed, my flooding issues are gone. John was very nice and cordial throughout the job. I would recommend Adela to those looking for resolution to your drainage issues.

Adela landscape service was nothing but the best. The company had pallets of sod dropped off at the house. The next morning Torey Haynes was here first thing in the morning to lay it all out. He went above and beyond what we were expecting. He even set up a temporary irrigation system on times to properly water the grass. Would personally recommend this company and Torey to all my friends and family. Thanks guys.

Booked my appointment online which was very convenient. John and Sherry took care of my problems, and tuned up my system quickly and efficiently. I felt like they were very reasonably priced. Would use them again.

John and Joseph did a great job reworking my entire irrigation system. They were very attentive to my requests and made sure everything was working correctly and all areas were covered! I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Adela Irrigation. I’m so thankful to John Ryan and his helper. They were finally able to fix my irrigation problems that three other companies couldn’t. John also walked me through my timer again and told me to call if I had any questions. He was very polite and professional. Adela is number one on my list. Definitely would use them again.

We had a backyard that was a swamp. Actually wanted to fix the problem rather than doing the bare minimum. I received a phone call update everyday if I didn’t talk to them in person. Very refreshing to have a crew want to do the job right and communicate every step of the way. Couldn’t be happier with the job they did.

Jose & Ricky did a great job. Jose called when they were en route and kept me posted throughout the entire process. They replaced my old system, gave a tutorial and showed me everything that was completed in TIMELY manner. Definitely recommend them and I will be using them for future jobs. Thanks guys.

John and Sherri did an outstanding job. They relocated one sprinkler line and merged it into another zone. They re-did some sprinkler head alignments and move a sprinkler head. They checked to see if all the zones worked, and the water was covering the area intended to be watered. The job was completed on time. I highly recommend Adela Irrigation and Drainage.

Absolutely great service. Our irrigation system needed some maintenance work along with tracing and capping some zones that are no longer needed. Jose and Papo were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything that need to be done and then performed it quickly and efficiently. Will be using Adela from know on.

We would like to let you know John Ryan and the guys with him ( Chris and Robert) were great. They were polite, prompt for the appointments, they left everything neat and orderly, great manners, kind and well spoken. It was a pleasure having them work on our home. John also took measuremnts to come back for a sod install proposal. We are waiting for a price estimate.
Many companies: show up late, have a "flat tire" on the way...we have heard "that one" many times...look dirty, hard to understand, will not "look us in the eyes" sneak around and smoke Thank you for your professionalism. It was our pleasure

John and Luis arrived on time and worked. Wry quickly. Our sprinkler system had just stopped working but they diagnosed the problem, fixed it and let the sprinkler run to ensure they were working properly. They explained what the issue was and what they did to fix it and even offered to show me how to work it(by my husband usually runs the sprinkler) Very professional.

Had a deep well pump issue where pump was constantly short cycling. John said he had been in the business 20 yrs and was confident it was a check valve issue even though I told him one of the zones wasn't shutting off. He replaced the check valve but the pump was still short cycling. Had another Irrigation Co. come out and cleaned the sprinkler valve and issue was resolved. To make matters worse the check valve Adela replaced started leaking so I had to have that řeplaced again. Misdiagnosed the problem and shoddy repair. Wish I received the 5 star service that others did... Very disappointing

Edit - the check valve was not defective. Even after the check valve was replaced the pump was still short cycling. This misdiagnosis and the fact that Adela's installation had to be redone by another company is the reason for my dissatisfiction.

Great customer service and excellent work done by John & David. We had several irrigation issues throughout our yard and they were handled quickly and professionally. Will recommend Adela to friends & family.
