Since there son left Jorge is apples and oranges in the quality of work. Almost acre of property in and out in 10 minutes doesn't do landscaping or total lawn care that what promise. Work is lazy and there workers have no clue on landscaping. Father is gruff and doesn't realize who the customers is. Go in a different direction with company now. If Jorge comes back totally different company

Best landscaping services in SWFL for all of your HOA and Condo association needs. They are reliable, responsive and provide great support. I highly recommend them!

They have been cutting/maintaining my lawn since August of 2014.

Since it's been so long it's about time I've left them an honest review.

They show up every week to cut my lawn and never damage the lawn or anything else.

They auto-bill me using Quicken and accept online payment through them. It's very convenient.

Their prices are very fair for the area.

The only thing they could do better on is clean up. The yard sometimes has some tree limbs laying around when they are done. I've also seen them toss yard garbage down by the street without bagging. So they leave more of a mess and aren't as tidy as my last crew.

However, with that said, they are reliable and I would recommend them to anyone. They still get a 5-star rating from me.

I don't like going into Wal-Mart anymore. They think that they are doing you a favor. By being there. They forget that if we didn't go in there. They wouldn't have a job. They're rude so now I take my money elsewhere.

Love the selection of plants in already. Made good selections to replace what freeze killed at reasonable prices. And I did cover them but some still did not survive. But have my balcony looking like a show place.

Closed the garden center early and locked doors that should remain unlocked while the building is occupied per fire safety codes. Stated it was store policy to close the center where as online it lists it as open.

Between the poor selection of items throughout the store and the constant crowding in the aisles. People seem to be touchy and easily offended there too. Cop cars outside and lots of stuff that’s locked up. Walmart sure has issues

Amazing service! Super easy to hire and communicate online. They are exactly what I wanted. My yard is mowed and free of debris with all my leafs and branches neatly bundled. Couldn't ask for more.

Christopher did a great job in my lawn. He even made accommodations to make sure he got the job done well and in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Unfortunately they have terrible service and terrible pros. I was rescheduled multiple times when I needed them on specific dates. But then kept getting rescheduled and switched between multiple pros, to have them not even show up.

I recommend going to a different company, don’t be lazy like me and hire people to do your own yard. Just do it yourself.

Chat support aren’t that helpful either.

After speaking to a former pro of there’s I will say this company is a joke and hire anything with a pulse. If a customer skips a service the pro gets dinged on there completion rate, if it’s been raining for days and yard is under water and the pro reschedule be they don’t want to tear a yard up they get dinged on there completion rate. Not fair that a pro gets dinged and punished for stuff not in there control . And you wonder why you have to send threatening emails to sue them for $5000 and ban the pros accounts when the customers want to hire them direct because you can’t hire quality people for the job and you charge a outrageous fees to the customer and pay the pro who has all the cost of upkeep on equipment a lesser percentage. For instance pro gave a quote for a full cleanup of an acre for $1500 you guys added $680 on top of that and wanted to charge almost $2200. Run run run they are a joke. Just read the other reviews and you will see.

Plain and simple - they made it easy for me (in Marthasville, MO) to schedule lawn care for my sister (in Midway, GA) -- I can't even get someone in my area! But LawnStarter came through and connected me with an amazing lawn tech and now I have peace of mind knowing my sister is being taken care of. Thanks to Justin. Thanks to Ryan.

Update: As i m still unhappy with pro service , the representative from the company handled my issue very carefully, and she was on top of the issue. She sorted out all my cocerns. Waste of time and money. Since the last two times, pro dont show up on the schedule date and email from Lawn Starter saying because of gated in community pro can't come and need to reschedule. None of the pro called me. If he is coming, then i would have given him code. There is no consistency in pro. Every time new pro. Also, any of these pros won't blow leaves from your grass. They only use blower on the driveway after lawm mowing. At the end after service, you have leaves on grass and dies not seem like professional work done after paying money. Just stay away with this company. Either do it yourself or hire someone else.

I arranged a lawn mowing service using their $19 promotional offer for the first service. However, after the service was completed, they charged $70 to my credit card, citing the height of the grass as the reason. This additional charge was made without my prior authorization, which I find unacceptable. I plan to report their practices to the Florida Department of Consumer Services, as charging extra without consent and enforcing a three-cut minimum policy is concerning. Following this unpleasant experience, they initially refused to cancel my account. They ultimately agreed to cancel it after I highlighted that their three-cut minimum policy might be in violation of the law.

They damaged my property, performed services I didn’t ask for, were told not to come back to my house ever again, CAME BACK, did it AGAIN, and have the audacity to bill me for it. I filed a police report.

After Michael is finished with my lawn it looks neat and evenly edged! The best part is he’s reliable and I know he’ll be there every other Monday.
