Great crew that came out at 2:00 Christmas morning to fix a water leak. On time and very polite.

I purchased a Rheem hotwater heater and within a year it went out. I called Rheem they sent out a company that told me it was my lower element. I didn't appreciate the fact that they also wanted to charge me $ to replace an electrical problem. I wanted a second option but said Rheem would not pay the 2nd trip cost. When I call Rheem the woman on the phone (awful customer service) told me to have another company come out would be a few days but I could purchase the element my self and another plumber and they would reimburse me. When I call 1Tom they came out the next day and said called them back told them I would need both elements and to over night it. They didn't want to do that so he asked for a supervisor. He told them they should over night it as to not have me wait more days. They did and 1Tom came back out replace both and its been working fine for about a month now. Eventhough, I didn't get my pink plunger, the service was great. I will use them if I ever need another plumber.

The work they did was good just took a month instead of a week like they quoted and to top it off on the final day of work they left my front door wide open for me to come home to that night after work

Steve Tilton is a highly knowledgeable and competent plumber who fixed our problems quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable. He and his trainee, Christian, were personable and courteous. Christian’s wife took my call for help and scheduled it promptly. Her friendly, responsive help made her an excellent representative for the company. Outstanding company. Called that morning, appt that day between 1-2, to access, technician Anthony arrived on time accessed job, very respectful and knowledgeable; gave very reasonable quote for job. I accepted quote and they were able to complete the job that afternoon by 5:30. Anthony was spot on and kept the entire area clean and myself informed of progress. Great service! As a DIYer, I was prepared to figure it out myself. I'm so glad that I ran into someone who gave great advice and sent me to 1-Tom Plumber. Definitely needed them. They came out quickly, thoroughly addressed the issue and stayed until the job was done. I highly recommend as they were courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Up front with the cost of services too!

They were very professional and did the job without my supervision. They handled the job from start to finish while i was overseas.

We had two of our toilets go out, 1-Tom-Plumber were prompt to respond, they were clear about pricing upon arrival and after accessing the issue.
The next day another toilet went out due to due to our home being 15 years old and they came within an hour or so and fixed that one as well.
They were responsive and did a clean job.

I left a prior review that was 5 stars which is why I called them again. I don't know what happened, but I just had the worst experience, not with the plumber but with the owner. I needed an outdoor shower replaced, the valve and the head. Relatively quick and easy job. The plumber was embarrassed to tell me what the owner wanted to charge. He wanted $890.00. I about lost it. Obviously, I said no and that I couldn't believe the rip off. I also needed two toilets tightened. It took about 20 minutes and charged me $350. I reluctantly paid that. Unbelievable how they changed so quickly from being reasonable and great to work with to ripping me off. I will never use them again and certainly don't recommend anyone use them unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Being a first time home owner I realized I am not a DIY type. Anthony was my service guy and he was awesome. Pleasant and professional and completely redid what a shoddy “handyman “ had made a disaster of. Will recommend yall to everyone I know

I highly recommend 1 Tom Plumber. They were very helpful with me being an absentee landlord. They were flexible in setting a time for an appointment with my tenant and they showed up when they said they would and quickly completed the installation of my hot water heater. They even gave me some advice on how to save some money. I will be calling them again for my plumbing needs.
