Dejune came out to install a new bathroom faucet and clean out the lines on our water softener. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with the cost up front! Worst experience ever!!! Beware and Do not use this company. They are a RIP OFF!!!!Just to come out and see you they charge $139 just to see what the issue is and then they write you a report on what they are going to do and charge $300 per hour, the ridiculous part was the broken PVC pipe only cost eight dollars and a couple of couplings for another two bucks $10. They wanted to charge me another $379 to come back and fix the problem plus tax!!!! my brother spoke to them to try and give them a chance to make things right but policy per the guy named Joe that works for them. It is $300 per hour and he says he just works for the company ….so stay away from this rip off company they do not deserve your business!!!!!!!

If the was an 11 I would give that rating to Bill. He was very professional and personable. He accomplished the upgraded gas on demand water heater and preformed the operational and leak check and set the most efficient water temperature. Excellent!

Fee's. If you like to pay some oddball fee's, they are for you.
We spoke with an agent who detailed the following fee's;
Business overhead fee 75.00
Gas and truck fee 50.00
Dispatcher charge 99.00
We found another nearby company that did the service for 250.00 that these guys wanted to charge over 700.00 for the exact same service.
If you want to pay lots of unnecessary fee's, these guys are for you.
If not, get a few more quotes and pay 2/3 less.

A1 was recommended to me by a satisfied customer and now add me to the list! Bill did an incredible job assembling my grill and connecting the gas line! 5 min after he left I received a call from Katie making sure everything was to my liking! Just an all around pleasure to work with! 10/10 customer service!!

I was very disappointed in their pricing. They came out to my house, diagnosed my pool heater, and gave me a quote. In that quote they want to charge me another trip charge plus parts and labor. I guess the days are gone that the companies take the initial diagnostic fee out of the repair if you have them do the work! Not only that, they add an additional trip fee! Seemed too much like price gouging, so I went elsewhere!

Bill Hand was amazing, professional and very knowledgeable. We hired A1 Plumbing to hook up the natural gas for a whole home generator for one of our customers and bill did a wonderful job. I would recommend A1 Pluming to everyone!

I had Bill as our technician and he was fantastic about fixing our pool/spa heater. It is not something that A1 advertises, but it shows the versatility of this company's capabilities. They also follow up with a Happy Check to make sure everyone is satisfied.

We recently sold our home in Saint Augustine and the buyer requested repairs as a result of the inspection. We were dreading scheduling the repairs because we assumed they would need to be handled by different trades/companies (electric, plumbing, hvac, etc.). We were pleasantly surprised when we called A-1 to learn that they could handle all of the repairs and in a timely manner. Everyone we worked with, from the office staff to Bill Hand who completed the work, were friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. This level of customer service is rare in today's world!
