I have two jobs taking place at onec. Curtis who was my electrician help me with two fans on my patio area, he got me working in no time, and Walter Who installed a new toilet in one of my bathrooms was outstanding, the professionalism that they showered as well as kindness was nothing less then Awsum. Thanks so much for making my life easier.

We recently moved into our house and the kitchen sink started draining slowly and eventually stop draining. Informed our home warranty company and they had Northeast Florida Contractors and Maintenance dispatch Anthony to clear out the clogged drain. Anthony came in and he was very pleasant to speak with. He explained the process and also mentioned some products that we can look into. He maintained his work area clean at all times and also did a thorough cleaning of the sink and his work area before he left. Overall we are very satisfied with Northeast Florida Contractors and Maintenance.

They did a fantastic job! Came out the same day I called and fixed my issue very quickly! I would rate 10 stars if I could !!

Dewayne and Brandon made this a five star experience! They were called out by our home warranty company and were able to fix both issues! My only complaint would be that our service window was between one and three they did not get there until a little after 4 PM, but I wouldn’t blame that on them. I would put that on the company.

Thank you P Walter. He was fast and silent. Got my toilet fixed fast. I can’t believe he was able to switch out the broken part in my toilet so quickly and efficiently and the service all together was fast, like less than 24hrs type stuff. I’m so glade a real repair man (P Walter) picked my home to perform the repairs needed to make my bathroom a BathRoom once more.

My company recently used this company for an emergency plumbing service. From the initial call I knew I chose the right place! The lady that answered was so friendly and helped make sure we got the homeowner taken care of! Despite calling moments before closing she didn’t hesitate to help me. When Dewayne arrived he was very professional and did exactly what we needed done. The price was extremely fair considering I have used 3 separate companies for previous work, and their pricing blew others out the water! We will be using NE Contractors for any of our plumbing needs moving forward. Great work!

This company came to install a new water heater… D’Wayne and his partner did a great job! They were polite, efficient and got the job done. When I called to check on the temperature setting the next day (minor thing), the company sent out Walter and he adjusted the heater. Everyone was great. Recommend!

The Tech came out diagnosed the problem immediately and provided the follow up. North Florida Contractor and Maintenance reached out shortly after to install a new water heater. Mr. Stephen was out and quick to installing the new water heater. Very Professionals thanks guys.

Adam was very professional and friendly. He showed spot on scheduled time, diagnosed the problem and had everything done in under an hour. I am greatly appreciative of Northeast Florida Contractors and Maintinance in their care for their customers and professionalism to their craft.

The technician responded Monday and determined my water heater needed replacement. I contacted them on Tuesday regarding getting my service more promptly; they contacted my that day to schedule the installation the next day Wednesday. Two technicians arrived on time and installed the new unit, with new shut-off valves and insulation. Mission accomplished, thanks to NE Florida Contractors efficiency and follow-through!

This is the 2nd time we have used NFCM for a HVAC call out and highly recommend them. Greg and Josh are both knowledgeable and informative. I contacted them at 7pm on a sunday night for a non emergency call and had them out first thing Tuesday morning. Had a massive split in my duct work in the attic. They determined the problem quickly and efficiently, told me the proper steps to fix the issue and also gave me other options that will better optimize my system. The pricing is more than fair and they dont push the up sale for things you dont need. Would 10/10 recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Super unprofessional and rude company. Their plumber Shawn proceeded to shout at me because he didn’t want to wait for 30 minutes for me to verify his installation worked after telling me one price and then charging another and then Natasha on their phone service was just as unprofessional because they’d go into overtime if they waited 30 minutes?

Duane had impeccable skills and took time and attention to correct a very flawed plumbing flange. he gave excellent customer service and explained everything in detail that he was completing his finishing work was impeccable. He left everything sparkling, clean. I would highly recommend this company.
