Dani was absolutely amazing! He was extremely informative and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who not only does great work but also makes you feel completely taken care of.

I highly recommend Dany — he’s definitely the kind of technician you want showing up for any plumbing issue!

There should be an option to leave Zero stars. A year ago they installed a brand new septic system for us and it doesnt work. Stopped working in less than 90 days after being installed. They speak to you as if you are stupid and have no idea what you are talking about. Claim we destroyed it using too much water and we never went over what was allowed. They now think we are going to pay over 20 grand for them to do this to us again, but thats not gonna happen. I dont usually do bad reviews, but this was necessary to let people know who these people are and what they are capable of. Fraudulent activities and theft. They took our money and left us with nothing. I won't stop until everyone in the area is warned!!!! Im ashamed that we thought they were so nice that we referred many others to them. Now I have to apologize to any that may have used them. If you are looking to use them please dont put yourself or your family through the stress.

Just an added note- we were told that someone would get in touch with us the following day and we never got a call. I called on Monday just to see if the office was open and it was. I asked for a phone call from you and I was told you would call, but never received a call. Buddy is who I spoke to. I have tried reaching out today, but was only able to leave a message.
Also in response to when you guys came out in April- we were never told that anything further needed to be done. No one has tried to contact us by phone or email. I will assure you we would have answered. I would love to speak with you. I felt pushed to make this review because of the way it was being handled. I strongly suggest that you guys record your calls. If you are recording them I urge you to please listen to them. We have been told by 3 different individuals that work for you that we will be responsible for the cost. We only called for 2nd opinions after being told that.

Coty and Evan were kind and professional. They arrived earlier than expected and had the pump replaced in less than 1.5 hrs. Coty was honest and gave great advice about the care of my septic system. I will definitely be calling Duck Duck Duck in the future as they were $200 more affordable than other quotes and were out within an hour of me calling to inquire. They were also very kind to my two year old who loved watching them work. Thanks, Guys!

Just before the 2026 ball dropped NYE we realized our septic tank was not working. Contacted Duck Duck the next morning as I saw good reviews about them on next-door. They were prompt in sending me the holiday and non-holiday rate so we chose to wait until Friday. They sent me a text when the technicians were heading my way. They were here promptly got to work pumping out the septic tank and installing a new pump then cleaned up the area and were gone. We will use them again for other needs since they are a multi service company. Thank you Marc, Jordan and Christian for the fast work Duck Duck you are great communicators!!

Ryan and Onner did an amazing job! We got our septic tank pumped out and both were professional and kind. We were able to get a same day appointment. My son is autistic and both were very kind and patient to speak to him while they were working. Will definitely be using duck duck rooter for our septic/plumbing needs in the future.

Had to make an emergency call today, unsure if I had a clogged pipe or a septic tank issue. The plumber came out in an hour or less and after working on it for a bit and assessing the situation it was determined that it was the septic tank. The next crew was out in less than an hour again with the pump truck. Sure enough it was the tank that was completely full. The whole situation was taken care of and done in 3 and 1/2 hours from the initial phone call. The price for both the plumber, that I asked for first btw, and also the pump truck service both totaled less than the minimum charge quoted to us by several other big-name companies in town. It was quick, it was more than fair and the most important thing was the customer service. From Brea (sic) who answered the initial phone call to Franklin Howard the first plumber to show up
& the pump truck with Troy Hausler & AJ Holmes. When I say they had prefect customer service, I don't say that lightly. Customer service the right way is big deal to me. The fact that they executed great people skills and then backed it up with the company's outstanding price and lightning fast service, why would I ever call anyone else.... plus spending a little extra time trying to make the yard look as though it was untouched. I'm just telling you, I was not familiar with them until this morning and we are very thankful that we called them today. Long review I know, but they truly deserve it.

The service we received was excellent, with all that was happening in our home at the time the fact we were able to get an appointment within a weeks time. We highly recommend our technician Dylon Stone!! He was very professional and up front and honest about everything. The issue was had that is the reason for the 4 stars is when you initially called I was told there was a $90 service fee that would be rolled into the repair if anything needed to be done. We were then roughly quoted around $225 in case a drain cleaning would be necessary. Fast forward to after the repair, the tech presented us a bill for $325 and then told us the $90 charge would get negated since we “agreed to a repair”. So for service and professionalism I would highly recommend, but from the financial stand point I feel like we were slightly misled.

I broke a pipe under the kitchen sink. When i called to get help they wanted to charge me over 200.00 for a service call that day. I told them I'd wait a day. The technician was knowledgeable and professional and did a cpvc stub out in a block wall in less than two hours. The two stars are for charging me 976.00 for the repair. So they called me the next day to make sure everything was OK and when I questioned what I had to pay, the subject was quickly changed and they couldn't get off the phone fast enough. Which tells me they don't really care. All they had to do was justify the price. They also don't itemized their invoice so you don't know what your paying for. Untrustworthy and sneaky! The next time I'm stuck, I won't call the duck, and I think you know why.

Contacted Bree, plumbing dispatcher on Thursday afternoon as she was about to leave for the afternoon. She stopped & got all our information & got an estimate ready quickly. Duck duck was able to get Technician out after lunch Friday. Brandon came to check out our installation to see exactly what would be needed to replace our 17 y/o unit. He returned quickly with all the parts & tools to complete the installation of the new water heater. Very caring & professional installation. New system in operation by about 4 pm. Great work!

Alberto was quick to communicate with me as well as come out on a Sunday for an emergency call to repair my main water line. Once Alberto was able to secure the parts and materials needed for the repair he was back to really get to work. Alberto finished the job quickly and even to the time to clean up any mess in the area.

Maynard and Tristen did a great job with my replumb. They were professional and no mess was left. They explained everything snd got it done in one day. I had 6 estimates before i chose them amd glad i did! Also, Casey was very helpful in the office! The estimator Sean was very professional and explained the job clearly.

Josh from Duck Duck Router, sewer and air conditioning was incredible! He walked me through every step, did all the proper testing, and saved me $8,000 by replacing just the blower fan instead of selling me a new AC. They even came in $400 cheaper than my last company and spent over two hours making sure everything was right. The supervisor dropped off the part on a Friday just to get us taken care of. Honest, reliable, and truly go above and beyond — highly recommend!

Will contacted me the day after leaving my original review. He was concerned about the state my shower was left in and worked to rectify it immediately. I also spoke to Tony, the plumbing supervisor who came over and looked at everything and we set a date for them to get to work. A few days before they were scheduled to come fix the shower I noticed some leaking under my sink from the garbage disposal. Tony, Tristen and Dwight came by and were able to not only exceed my expectations with the shower they also managed to remove my garbage disposal, giving me much more cabinet space under the sink. They were all incredibly professional and polite. They finished both jobs within two hours and even cleaned up after themselves. It was raining that day and Tristen took the time to wipe the floors so there were no muddy shoe prints left behind. I really appreciate the work they did and how quick they were able to rectify the situation. I also really enjoyed talking with Tony while he was there! I will definitely be contacting Duck Duck Rooter for any issues I may have in the future.

I had a slow shower leak that I was going to repair myself but I didn’t have the proper tools to remove the faucet valve. I decided to go with Duck Duck Rooter because I see their trucks all over town. I’m giving two stars because they did come quick and the technician was friendly. However I now have to use pliers to use my shower/bath. For them to repair the leak (replace the valves) it was $449 and they left me without replacement handles because the other handles were stripped and he couldn’t put them back on. He told me it would be another $1000 to find replacement handles but that I could get replacement handles myself and contact him personally and he’d put them in. The whole situation left me feeling ripped off and I won’t be using them again.

Attached pictures show the one handle that I removed and realized I needed more tools than I had, the other picture with no handles how my shower was left. But now I don’t have a slow leak anymore so there’s that!

I spoke to the Office staff Mallory, and she took care of me and understood my issue. They were fast & clean & i’ve had no issues since they’ve came out. I highly recommend them they do an amazing job.
