THESES PPL ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE VENDORS EVER!!! DO NOT USE THEM DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! THEY CANCELLED MY APPT THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING, ME AND MY FAMILY HAD NO ELECTRICITY ON THANKSGIVING. COMPANY ALSO LIES AND WILL TRY CHARGE YOU FOR MISSING THEM BUT ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE!

Couldn’t and wouldn’t want to use this business since my 3 scheduled appointments were canceled including the last no call no show. Employee was not the slightest bit apologetic that I had to alter my work for them to cancel minutes before my second canceled appointment

Hired for my parents' home, parents were told they couldn't be in home while repair was performed. Out of town a week and came back to trash left inside and out, floor filthy, items removed and stacked wildly from cabinets and not replaced, and a new hole in their floor. This on top of a huge bill. Absolutely horrible, please do not use.

Pretty great company. They did work for my friend at a coffee shop called grounds of grace. And everything turned out great! I highly recommend these guys.

Charged me $110 to rechalk the kitchen sink. Chalk is $10

The leak is still apparent. I’m not sure if they installed the sink but the white pipe was never fully attached to the sink. Water is everywhere and I can’t clean it up fast enough for mold.

Garrett with the Almeda location came to complete my work order! He was fast efficient and kind. Double checked his work and got my water back running!! Approve his PTO when he puts it in!!! Go Garrett we even chatted about my fire ant problem 😂.

Christian Brothers has worked for me for several years in both HVAC and Plumbing. They have always proven to be competitive but most importantly attentive and responsive. I highly recommend Christian Brothers to contractors and homeowners alike.

If this is Christian Brothers Heating and Air, DBA Christian Brothers Construction Group, and you are considering them for air duct work. Don't.

I am in the middle of renovating my house and have had dealt with many contractors - from foundation, to plumbing, to AC, to wood floor restoration, chimney work, landscapers, you name it - and this was by far my worst experience from start to finish.

Hoping they will write me back to remedy the workmanship.

John has been meeting my family and many friends plumbing needs since 2003 in Jacksonville, he has always been competitively priced, extremely reliable, always punctual and extremely professional. I had other plumbers out here for the same job that he just performed and they were talking about going into the walls blah blah blah- John came in, I told him what I needed done, he spent about an hour if that much and had my kids back in their shower without going into the walls- this is the fair and honest type of service that I have come to expect from John.

They plumbed four sinks, three toilets, bath tub and shower during our renovation. They were competively priced, competent and delivered as promised. Evan, the plumber, is very knowledgeable, accommodating and respectful. He left the work areas neat and clean. I would recommend this contractor and Evan very highly!

Christian Brothers Heating and Air installed a new HVAC system for my home. I am extrememly happy with the quality of the job, cost/value, and the professionalism of John Addair and his enitre crew. These guys were a complete pleasure to work with. The install project at my home was not conventinal in that the AC Air Handler is under the house.. Other AC contractors would complain and moan and groan just talking with me about the job. Christian Brothers were happy, even singing while they worked. Positive attitudes.. I highly recommend this company!

Charlie came out and did an excellent job installing a new faucet and 4 hose bibs outside. He was very polite and helpful the entire time. I would recommend going with Christian Brothers if you have a plumbing issue.

These guys have helped keep my house cool and improved my quality of life. It sounds extreme but I did not knowhow many ssues I was having .

They repaired my duct work and added coolant to my unit. I will be recommending them for any issue to anyone that asks.

Did a good job for me although I'm still waiting for an plumbing inspector. They cut a hole in my roof, so did I also need a roofing inspector? Anyway I haven't seen one. The workers were informative and friendly. The work they did was in a tight area of my attic so I could see it. I (guess) they did a good job?

Lets restate....we’ve done a repair like this before and the time it took was less than techs time here. It took him a long time to decide if he should drill out the hex screw in handle, and then replace cartridge ! Maybe if his decision to drill out screw did not take a long time to decide, he may not have been here 1 1/2 hrs.!! Instead it might have been 45 minutes. When he returned to swap cartridge right side up (was put in upside down) it took no more than 10 minutes. Period. And when other companies have given us service fee quotes it did not incur signing a contract for a service not yet performed. Even electricians and a/c companies have been here for longer times and it included two-three trips and the cost was not even near yours. And your $45.00 quote for service trip was not included in the extra $155.00, and total for a cartridge replacement and drilling out a hex in handle totaled $200.00. I’m sure other plumbers might see it as more simple for them. The only reason you were called was for a hex in handle that would not release. But you go ahead and comment, I will be waiting for that too. We won’t bother your establishment again you can be relieved of that, and so will I.

I had a scheduled appointment with Christian Brothers for them to fix my master bedroom toilet. They were suppose to give me a courtesy call before they came to let me know they were in route. I personally told the dispatcher Hailey this and she told me that she will give the technician the message. On the day of my appointment they didn't call and left a door hanger on my door to reschedule. They charged me a no show fee. I was reschedule for another day they came out and they did nothing my toilet is still not functioning and operating. However they was quick to charge the fee and didn't even fix my issue SMH. Choose somebody else don't waste your time or money. On top of that the dispatcher was rude to the technician talking to him wreckless. Keep in mind Christian Brothers you are in business because people need their plumbing fix you all are not the only plumbing company out here. The name stands for nothing, nothing Christian about this company. Morals and Values all jacked up. I would give you 0 stars if I could. Asked to speak to management which was Chrissy. She didn't provide no assistance and no help.

Our AC unit went out about a week before Christmas. The 1st company we called quoted $30,000. We needed a new electrical panel and a new AC unit and he tried to use scare tactics to sign a contract before the new year. A friend with rental properties gave us Christian Brothers name and I called them. I found Jonny to be knowledgeable, and so concerned about us as it was Thurs. before Christmas and the weather was expected to drop to the 20's. As soon as they were back in office, we got together and received a quote SIGNIFICANTLY lower @ $6,000 for a new unit and an appt. to have a look at the panel. Shane was professional and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions and give us a roundabout quote on the spot, and ended up @ $3,000. I knew the other quote was a ripoff, but was amazed and pretty angry at what they had tried. Meanwhile, Matt and Terry arrived promptly, and spent an entire day going far above and beyond. Our house built in the 40's and in need of quite a lot of repair. I can't even tell you how impressed I was at this point, by Brittny, Hanna, and those 3 young men so far. Matt and Terry were a pleasure to spend the day with and were humbly trying to tell me this was all in a days work. Ha! I definitely knew better. Before the panel went in, We had a minor issue with the unit and James stopped by after a long day and fixed it right up. He was efficient, knowledgeable and also very good at his job. At risk of sounding like a broken record, he was a pleasure to deal with as well. Again, the next day, Bobby and Nick showed up in a timely manner and also went above and beyond replacing an electrical panel from the 40's, having to cut through plaster, which is no mean feat. They even put up with my bored self with no electricity, standing around and inserting myself into their day. Lol I'm sure none of this could have happened were it not for John, who sets the prices and does the training of the crews or Ms. Dana who runs the office and no doubt her fingerprints are all over that amazing office she runs. Anyway, long story longer, I HIGHLY recommend calling them for any of your AC, electrical, and (I have no doubt) plumbing needs. This company is EXCEPTIONAL. Honest, hardworking, and dependable. Thank you, so much! Don't forget to pencil me in for that BBQ! I know your names. LOL Attendance is mandatory. ;)

First of all Doug and John assessed our electric, tankless water heater, which hardly anyone does. They determined that we needed a new one, which I imagined they would. Our old one leaked. They came back soon after and put a brand new one in. It works better than the old one did, they showed up early to the appointment, and answered all my questions! Great service and it hardly took any time at all. Harmony and Haley at the front office are always great to talk to and they also answer all my silly questions. Shane dropped by today and made sure that everything was copacetic with the water heater. He was nothing but the best and was very professional and easy to talk to. What a great place to work with! Thank you!

The gentlemen that came to our to address and fix our plumbing needs were beyond awesome. They completed in a timely manner, with professionalism. Gared in particular was super helpful and knowledgeable. They turned our nightmare into relief! Thanks so much guys!

Professional and reliable! Hailey was always polite and willing to work around mine and my husband’s schedules. Though we’re only renting this property, she treated us like we were the homeowners and I’m genuinely grateful they found a way to fix our kitchen sink. The pipe was crushed under the foundation and they found a way to reroute the plumbing without having to put us in a hotel or do a whole bunch of major construction. I cannot store my appreciation enough to this company and’s their crew! Thank you again Hailey for being so kind!

By far one of the BEST companies around. I was honestly shocked to see that they have less than 4 stars. But as a business owner myself, sometimes, people are just unhappy for no reason and don't give people the chance to rectify any obstacles that may have happened outside their control. People are very unforgiving these days. Anyway, regardless I have been an avid customer of all their services for MANY years. They have ONLY done me right. Not to mention, because of my industry I ALWAYS refer my clients to them as well. Not one single one of my clients ever had anything negative to say about this company. That being said, I hope people really understand that the reviews you may see here, do NOT reflect the kindness and true hearts of the people who own this company. It is VERY hard to find real business owners who have a passion for servicing our community to make the people happy other than simply being focused on the dollar bills. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
