Atlantic Coast Plumbing & Tile exceeded our expectations! This family-owned company is top-notch with superior customer service. They pay attention to detail and the tile work in both of our bathrooms is beautiful and impeccably done. Vann is a super nice guy, very easy to work with, and gave us the best quote on renovating both of our bathrooms. We'll definitely use them again in the future.

I would like to thank Vann and his excellent team for a gorgeous bathroom remodel. Kyle and his assistants Austin and Drew did an excellent job with the tile work. The plumbers Jimmy and Chris were very professional and very thorough. The team always arrived on time and always left the bathroom pristine. Atlantic Coast did a fantastic job on our bathrooms, we had two done back to back. They were always professional, clean during tear out, trustworthy, and on time always wanting us happy. Jerome and Walker were great to work with over the month long project and did an amazing job! The Plummer’s were great too, all I can say is they know their stuff! The company all around was great! I called for an appointment about a problem with my shower and the salesperson, Vann, came out the next day. He evaluated the situation quickly, made practical suggestions for a remodel, an then came in with a reasonable quote. Drew and Kyle were the installers. So polite and considerate taking good care not to damage anything or disturb me while I worked. They did a fabulous on the installation paying close attention to every last detail, and they kept the house clean! Kudos to Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile! I will be telling everyone about the great work they do!

Kodie came out on time and got the work done quickly with no issues, when we had another problem come up he was back out there and got it figured out and repaired A.S.A.P.

Dylan showed up on time and seems to have done a good job. The drain is running good again.

I just had a tub/shower torn out and a new walk-in shower installed by Atlantic Coast. They did an outstanding job. The workers showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks and works great. The thing that I appreciated most was the regular communication about where we were on the project schedule, about any issues (there were very few) and their resolution. I would hire them again

This family owned business has a work crew with many years of experience and it shows in their work. From the initial visit and quote to the competition of the remodel of our bathroom we were very pleased. The craftsmen that installed the tile shower were the most polite and courteous crew we have ever dealt with. They placed cloths on the walkways they used to make sure and not damage any floors in the house and kept all the construction debris contained. They kept us involved in the process explaining each step and giving us options to make sure we were happy with the result.

The finished bathroom looks great and is functional. The shower door and fixtures are top quality. We would certainly use this company again for any future remodels.

I recently hired Atlantic Coast to remodel my master bathroom. They completely removed all the existing tile and fixtures, installed new tile on the floor and shower area, rebuilt, tiled, and installed a new tub, and then installed a new shower enclosure and new fixtures. The guys worked all day every day until it was complete. They did a wonderful job making recommendations for design and fixture placement, their tile work is excellent, and they cleaned up every day--leaving my house as clean as possible, considering drywall and tile dust are inevitable with a renovation like this. Vann is wonderful to work with, and his crew Drew, Jimmy, Chris, Kyle, Melvin, and Bob the plumber are so nice, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks for your great work!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Bob and Eddie were able to squeeze me in for an urgent drainage issue at my house on a Monday. I was told by reception that they might be able to get to me later in the day but they were there by 11. They also offered to make me a proper appointment for first thing Tuesday morning just in case the storms or schedule backed them up, which I appreciate. They were able to fix the issue quickly and for literally $800 less than what the 'Big Guys' quoted me. And Bob and Eddie were just so darn nice and professional! They have won a lifetime customer and I've already recommended you to the neighborhood. These veteran plumbers are the very best I've used and I look forward to including them on future remodels and any issues that arise. This company operates with excellence and integrity, something desperately lacking these days.

We had them come out to our rental due to a slab leak in 2023 they were amazing and we ended up going with a whole house repipe. We thought was great until we went to remodel the kitchen and discovered half the kitchen was piped behind the drywall and the rest was run through the cabinets. I have called them and spoken to the one plumbing manager who tells me he will update me and never does 2 weeks of waiting on them and calling them with no answers as to how they will remedy. Horrible customer service when they are in the wrong. While piping they stepped wrong and caused damage to the bathroom ceiling after a week of emails they finally agreed to cover the repairs due to their negligence however this is taking the cake. Promises to return calls and escalate the matter are falling on deaf ears. Be cautious when using them as they are great while in front of you but horrible when you need something after you have paid them!

I was very impressed with this company. We did light redesigns of both our guest and master bathrooms. The teams that came to do the work were timely, professional, and polite. With a newborn in the house the team was considerate and would do what they could to keep the noise to a minimum. The outcome of both bathrooms is fantastic. We are very happy with all of their work on both the demo and installation/hook-up side of things. I would highly recommend this company.

Beware. Arranged plumber to extend bathroom water supply lines to accommodate tiling wall, snd to replace broken sink stopper. Call center quoted about $55 initial fee plus hourly rate and parts. (previous time $69 plus hourly/parts). No estimate ever given. Upon finishing, plumber presented $600 bill including $150 arrival fee (not $55) plus hourly (another $150 for first hour then further hourly plus parts). Told plumber about the $55 quoted, he still charged $150. Quality poor. Water lines were installed significantly off level (to attached to a visible horizontal cross bar bathtub filler so it makes a difference). He installed galvanized fitting on brass parts. Called customer service and was told "will call you back." No response as yet.

I called around and evaluated many options for air duct cleaning. The professionalism and courtesy with leadership under Jen set a standard of comfort to schedule service. The day of, I received a call 20 min prior to arrival. My technicians assessed their approach and provided me with a great understanding of their goals and possible challenges towards service completion. They covered my sensitive music equipment with care and even vacuumed after completing a dryer vent cleaning. New HVAC filter & vent cleaning made a world of difference for our allergies. If you haven’t done this and suffer from allergies, I highly recommend booking NOW- I was extremely skeptical in believing duct cleaning would help with allergies, I’m a believer now and will add this to our scheduled maintenance. You cant put a price on your families health- I still can’t believe how well this works, no more sneezing!!!

Vann and his crew just finished remodeling the shower enclosure at our Condo, and I don't think they could have done a better job!!! Kyle and Drew were on time, neat and very efficient. My wife and I are both very pleased with how the finished product looks. Many thanks to Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile!!

Dillon was able to quickly fix an issue that 2 other companies could not fix. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

Never disappointed. Nicest people both on the phone and in person. They take care of your problem ASAP. Also, Dillon is the best.

We had a leak behind the wall in our master bath shower that was causing some damage to the drywall outside the shower door. Getting companies to give us an estimate was a struggle but we finally did get three firms to come and look at what we had and give us a proposal.

We liked Van immediately. He was professional, friendly, and obviously knew what he was talking about. His proposal met all of our needs and was what we considered reasonably priced. There was a three week wait time between accepting the proposal and start of work which we thought was reasonable.

The day his workers were scheduled to begin the tear-out they called to say they were on their way. When they arrived, they first looked at the location of our bathroom and then placed runners from the front door, all the way to the shower. They began work and worked steadily through the day with only a short break for lunch. They completed the initial tear out the same day, Friday, and allowed the bare studs to dry over the weekend. This also allowed me to spray the black mold thoroughly with a mold and mildew killer. They completely cleaned up their mess at the end of the day and left our bathroom in a useable condition while we waited for the next phase of the job.

This job required removal of the old pan, installation of a new one, and inspection by the County. ACP&T pulled the required permit and scheduled the inspector. They blocked the drain hole and filled the new pan with water to show the inspector that it did not leak. Inspection was completed a few days later and the tile crew arrived with the now expected courtesy call beforehand.

The tile crew worked with the same ethic and neatness, arriving after a courtesy call and working steadily through the day with only a short lunch break. Again they used runners to cover our carpet from the front door to the shower. The work took several days and they cleaned up their work area each day.

The tile work is first rate and the completed job is beautiful. We are very pleased with Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
