Amazing. Wonderful. Knowledgeable. Fast. Efficient. To start with a few words I have about this company. I called them panicking. My fuse blew in the house and every time I tried to plug in my pump it blew again. I called on Friday evening, they were at my house Monday morning. They had the problem fixed within a couple hour and allowed me to learn about my grinder pump. Jennifer Grant was super helpful and responsive. I could not be more grateful for them. In this day and age it is so hard to find a great company. AND THEY DO PUMP OUTS TOO now. So YAY. No more uckuck and their unorganized mess. I now can work with a company that cares. As a woman with multiple kids I am glad my plumbing it in good hands.

It was a pleasure to have Mr. Grant install our drain field. He was very sympathetic to our situation and was true to his word on every aspect of the installation. He was very respectful. The price was comparable to other estimates. We would definitely recommend Grant's Plumbing.

We saw Grant's pluming across the street at our neighbor's house and we were extremely impressed with the work they have done. We have gotten in touch with Mr. Grant and we wanted to replace my dad's septic tanks and our cousin's which were pretty much next door. I have to say they did a fantastic job. It was a difficult job due to the limited space that they had to work with and I was really impressed with the knowledge and expertise they have. It looks great and I just want to thank the Grant family for being so respectful and being so nice. Also, I want to thank you for explaining the entire process of the septic tanks. I learned so much. I have been using Grant's Plumbing for years and I feel bad that I did not leave this review sooner. I had been told by another company that my septic tank needed to be replaced and it was going to be very costly. Mr. Grant came out and had his inspector do a thorough inspection of the tank and concluded that only the lid needed to be replaced and the cost was much more affordable. Our septic tank has been going strong for years since Grant did the repair and I am very grateful for his hard work and honesty. I highly recommend Grant's Plumbing!

These guys are amazing. They had the whole thing done in 3 days with ZERO interruptions. Everyone was so nice and professional. It is a family owned business and they really made me feel like family. Thank you guys for everything. 10/10 recommend!

A previous company had quoted us a much more involved process and costly repair for what we initially called about and then didn't even check the rest of the system so we had been putting off getting this done. We found Grant's for a second opinion and the owner came out personally. He was thorough, replaced both our lids, and even cleaned our filter as a courtesy when they saw it backed up. They were professional and kind and willing to answer all our questions and they left the site in great shape. Highly recommend them and will be using them for our septic needs going forward.

Great experience using Grants Plumbing for a full septic tank and drainfield. They are very responsive and upfront when it comes to giving quotes compared to other companies I looked at. Ross is extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain everything involved with the installation, operation, and maintenance of the system. Everything was done in an extremely timely manner and with customer service as a priority. After the installation, Ross and Luke even came out to fix a water pressure issue to make sure everything was running smoothly. I will definitely be using Grant's Plumbing for future septic needs, and I highly recommend using this family business for all of yours!

Grants plumbing originally saved the day when my drainfield needed to be fully replaced. The owners are amazing, and contacted the city inspectors office multiple times on my behalf because they knew the permit requirements were inaccurate. When so many companies are just rushing to get the job done, to have them advocate on my behalf with the city was absolutely above and beyond.
Our the years, they have continued to be incredibly helpful and responsive, and have come to the rescue on multiple other occasions when we needed assistance with our tank pump (that our family burned out, no fault due to installation by Grants).

Ross & Luke are a super awesome team. They installed our septic system a little over 3 years ago when we moved into our house. We just had them back out for our first pump out & a float valve replacement, & we will be calling them any other time we need services in the future! They are incredibly kind & fair, & it feels great to support a local business instead of a giant corp. Grant’s will get our business every time!

I was so glad to find Grants plumbing. A family run business, Professional,High Morals , Honest and dedicated to doing the job right. I needed a drain field and a septic tank lid replaced. I had a lot of bushes in the way. I will post pictures. They removed the bushes for me to another part of the yard, they did an excellent job installing the drain field and a new septic tank lid ,that can be pumped out without having to dig up six feet of the yard .They leveled the yard back off and planeted grass seeds. I am sure in a couple of months it will look just as good as new. They were extremely fair on their pricing. The other 3 companies I called never even came out and looked at it.They just gave me an estimate over the phone. Grant plumbing pumped out the septic tank then , thoroughly inspected it. They did soil samples on different parts of the ground. pulled all the proper permits and did everything by the book. You cannot go wrong hiring this company.

Buyer beware. Broke my irrigation system and wouldn’t fix it (cost $1,000 to fix), bait and switch on price (quoted $15k wound up being over $20k), and when there was a flowing problem they charged me an extra $300 to fix it. DON’T USE these guys.

In regards to their response, Ross said I would need a dosing tank, because I would be too close to the water table to go deep enough for a gravity fed system. The system that was in place was gravity fed, and worked until it got old and there was biomass built up in the drain field. The old system was a few decades old.

Ross also said I was only 12” above the water table citing the wet topsoil. I pointed out to him that it had just rained the night before so of course the topsoil was going to be wet/saturated. I also pointed out to note the soil for the hole he dug for the new septic was wet for about the first 12”. After that it was dry the rest of the approximately 8ft or so that he dug.

The point is Ross bid the job about $5,000+ less than the other 3 bids I received. However, after all the add-ons wound up being the same price as the other companies (if not a little more). I shouldn’t have told him I had other bids. That incentivized him to come in low, then hit me with the additional costs citing the permitting office.

It was a pleasure work with Atlantic Coast Plumbing on our recent kitchen and bathroom vanities installation. Sue in scheduling was very accommodating, Vann Jr. was very helpful in his advice and Bob our plumber was very knowledgeable and offered great tips. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

We hired this tiling company to add backsplash in our kitchen and update tile flooring in two rooms. They exceeded our expectations and will absolutely be our go-to company for tiling jobs moving forward. They were waiting on product for another current job so they were able to start the day after providing us an estimate. All of the workers were very personable, professional, and easy to work with. The attention to detail, especially with the backsplash, is what made this company’s excellent work really stand out. I never post reviews BUT, these plumbers are excellent. They found and fixed a plumbing leak in a wall that was vey hard to find and repair.
We really liked that they gave you a date and time they were coming and the office called 1/2 hr before they arrived to give you an exact expectation as to when they would be at our house. It just doesn't get any better than that !!!!!! The plumbers who came were very experienced
got right to work no fooling around both men worked as a team it was fixed in no time. worked involved opening a wall discovering were this
nasty leak was coming from and cutting into the concrete floor to repair.

Recently purchased a new to us home that needed extensive updating. Called ACPT, received a fast and fair estimate, and scheduled the work. We had a master, second bath, 1/2 bath, backsplash, fireplace and entry way tile all completed by Jerome and his crew. The work was done quickly without compromising quality. When a tile I purchased wasn’t installing well, they were honest and advised me to go with another choice rather than just installing it. I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism of this group. Thanks guys and keep it up!

We called swift with a plumbing issue and they sent someone out the same day within a couple hours. Amazing! Bob came out and solved the issue quickly and did it with a smile. We will definitely use their services again.

My wife and I live in a home about 20 years old. We have been updating and refurbishing a number of rooms in the house. We finally decided to do the Master Bath and called a number of so called professionals to assist us.
We had a variety of responses and estimates but noone really met our expectations.
We then happened upon Atlantic Coast Plumbing. Vann was very responsive and came over in a timely manner to do measurements, provide design ideas/options and promptly provided an estimate.
My wife worked in the flooring/tile industry in the past so had a good working knowledge as well. Vann helped us select tile options, possible structural changes and also allowed us to shop for the tub, fixtures, cabinets and vanity top options on our own but still provided expert planning and input.
We had a shower pan leak that needed repairing, tile rip out, removal of the existing vanity, carpet rip out and on and on. We got our ducks in a row and the start date was set...
Everything went off like clockwork! The rip-out was quick and clean with his team, the tile work and plumbing turned out amazing. The shower was enlarged and a bench added with recesses for shower items. They installed our faucets and fixtures, frameless shower enclosure and dropped the new tub in. Additionally, they coordinated and worked well with our cabinet and countertop folks as well.
Bottom line - An overwhelmingly professional, beautiful, functional and expert job from start to finish. Could not ask for anything more.
If you fail to call Vann and his team at Atlantic Coast Plumbing, you will certainly live to regret it! Hope he does Kitchens as well.

Recently hired Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile for the renovation of my two baths. The bathrooms were torn down to the studs. Tub to walk in shower conversion. My bathrooms are gorgeous! Vann and his crew are a pleasure to work with! Far exceeded my expectations! Vann promised 6 days for each bath & he kept that promise!!
