Jerry came over 30 minutes after I called him, fixed the issue in like 10 minutes and was super polite and professional. He was also priced reasonably. Thank you Jerry! Put his number in your phone because you won't want any other plumber after him.

We have had Jerry come in to do two different jobs over the last 6 months. One was a garbage disposal and the other was a new kitchen faucet. Great quality work at a reasonable price. We plan to hire him for any of our plumbing needs!

Exceptional customer service! It was 5:00 pm Friday evening and I had just noticed a large leak from my 12-year-old hot water heater. I called Everybody's Plumbing Co. and got the owner, Jerry Ward. I explained what was going on and Jerry informed me that he was currently on another job, but he'd come over right after he finished, in an hour or so. This was totally unexpected, as I figured I'd be going the weekend without hot water, at the very least. Anyway, Jerry came over about 6:00 and within 2-hours had a new water heater installed--he was pleasant, professional, efficient, and his pricing was fair. I would call on Jerry and Everybody's Plumbing again without hesitation.

Jerry Ward, owner of Everybody's Plumbing came to my home today, July 10, 2019 to fix 2 plumbing issues. Not only did he fix those issues he also went above and beyond and alleviated 2 other issues I had. I would recommend him to everyone. He's honest, knows what he's doing and charges a fair price. I'll never call another plumber. He's the best I've ever used. Don't waste time with the other guys...call Jerry....he's GOOD!!! One last thing...if I could give him more than 5 stars I certainly would.

Home Depot misrepresented the time it would take for their "contractors" to replace my home water heater. Then contractor didn't even show up within the window they provided, gave a ridiculously expensive estimate and never followed up after leaving my house. Jerry with Everybody's Plumbing took my call and replaced my water heater in the same day for a very reasonable price. He was courteous, compassionate, punctual and competent. Very impressed. Would recommend hhim/his company to anyone.

Jerry did a phenomenal job plumbing my new barn. Even though we live in St. Augustine, Jerry didn't hesitate to drive down and take care of us. The quality of his work is second to none. We called him back on a Saturday to snake our line and he was there within the hour. Very knowledgeable and helpful. You will not be disappointed. We highly recommend this professional.

Jerry fixed my broken hot water line and even installed my new bathroom faucet (which I was attempting to do when the water line broke). The 35 year old water pipe was so brittle that when he tried to hook up my cold water line it broke too!! So he replaced that as well. His first words after the cold water line broke were "that would have happened 5 minutes after I left if I didn't hook this up for you", and he is right.
After not having water for 2 days over the weekend, Jerry had me up and running in less than 2 hours with new lines and a new bathroom faucet! If you want your problem solved call Jerry. I did, and I'm sure glad I did.
He also thanked me for my service 3 times while he was at the house. I'm no war hero but he made me seem like one.
Bottom line: good guy, good service, and good price. Glad I called Jerry!!

Excellent service, I highly recommend. We went to several plumbers before Jerry and no one came close to his level of knowledge and customer service. Not only was my issue resolved the same day he came out, he also taught me a lot about how my plumbing works.

I called Jerry and he came out same day to replace my hot water heater. He was very responsive, punctual and professional. He also communicated everything clearly and did an outstanding job on the install. He's a cool guy, and even waited around after the install to confirm that my hot water was working again. If you have any plumbing issues, just call Jerry and be done with it. You will get quality service at a better price than the big name companies. Everybody's Plumbing gets my unreserved recommendation.

He was very customer service oriented and was not going to leave until we were completely satisfied with his work. We were. We needed a toilet to be relocated. Pricing seems to be the going rate and better than others.

Called Jerry with a leaking water heater. He quickly responded, helped us determine the warranty date on the heater and then helped us select a new water heater. He came back the next date to replace it. His fee was fair and reasonable and Jerry was extremely professional and highly responsive!! I highly recommend Jerry for your plumbing needs!!

I can't recommend Jerry highly enough. He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional all the way. I called this morning to fix a stopped up kitchen sink and he was here within 90 minutes and got it fixed up in no time at all. He also provided assistance with adjusting my water heater to help mitigate and prevent the problem in the future. Other companies were going to have me wait 3 days before they could send someone over, but Jerry was here quick and in a hurry. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, he will absolutely be my first call.
