Travis did an excellent job of replacing the garbage disposal. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him.

I called roto rooter due to a back up issue and they came out immediately. Travis, my service technician was very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and very nice. He timely took care of my issue with a smile! I would recommend Travis to be your service guy any day because he shows that he enjoys what he does!

Travis was awesome! Extremely well informed, and helped with a quick fix while a toilet is being chosen. He also cleaned out our shower drain and left is the enzyme cleaner. I would use them again and ask for Travis.

Our service man, Jose, arrived when expected after a long drive. Very nice guy and he made us feel confident that he could solve the problem, which he proceeded to do. All was well until a sudden resurgence of the issue but Jose was still here and more than happy to go back to work and make sure the drain was working correctly. It was just a slight 'hiccup' but he took care of it and stayed a bit just to be certain. As a retired tradesman myself, I am kind of critical of anyone I am paying to do work on my home and Jose had what it takes, hence the five stars. Well done. As to cost, I'm not going to lie...it was expensive. But having been in the trades, it was about what I expected it to cost.

Travis (Service Technician) arrived in a timely manner and it didn't take long for him to find the leaking pipe. He showed me the exposed pipe and afterwards he contacted Chris(Field Supervisor) who put together and explained some different options. Travis was personable and he seems to be a true asset to Roto Rooter.

I was in such turmoil, but Roto-Rooter came immediately and step in. I have been using them since 2000 when I got my first home. I new they were the best, so I didn't hesitate to call them. Christmas Eve dinner time and my mother's kitchen sink completely clogged. We tried every homeowner hack while trying to make dinner for 20 people. In desperation we found Roto-Rooter to be the only open company on Christmas Eve and we gave them a call for help. They were there within the hour. The technician, we really gave him a workout. Turns out he had to snake the pipe the longest he has ever had to snake a pipe, twice, to clear the clog. Years of build up had finally taken its toll. He worked extremely hard and while he had to be away from family and working, he was friendly, funny and so helpful. He truly saved the day...and dinner went off without a hitch. We will not hesitate to contact Roto-Rooter again when the need arises.

Travis and James replaced 3 builder grade water lines, replaced the wonky builder toilet, and installed a new faucet set in our guest bath. They let us know our options up front and completed the job quickly. We are very pleased with the results! Highly recommend.

Had a very challenging hot water installation up on an elevated location requiring added labor and difficult hookup requirements. Technicians Frank and Damian performed the work in a very professional manner and completed the job within a reasonable time frame considering the circumstances. The final charge for the work was also very reasonable. Both technicians were friendly and reviewed the work and answered my questions all during the installation process. Great job Roto-Rooter.

Our technician Jerry did a great job. Although I had an idea of what he was going to do based on the service, we got two years ago, he recommended a different approach, did not do everything that was done last time as he did not feel it was needed. The bill was 1/3 of what it was last time. Great service, a fellow veteran, explained everything he was doing, and I learned a lot from him.

Travis did an excellent job reseating our toilet. It was not a normal repair job but he handled it beautifully and explained everything he was doing to make the repair.
