We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Hall & Sons!! We chose them because my husband is also a veteran and we appreciated that they were veteran owned & operated and they really listened to everything he wanted to upgrade and completed the entire job perfectly. We had a full water heater replacement, new water softener & carbon filter installed. They were here promptly on time & completed the job before end of day and were all super easy to talk to and great workmanship!! We will absolutely go back to them for all future plumbing needs no question. Thank you!

The tech and his helper simply could not find my leak, but they tried-boy did they try! They made two comprehensive evaluations underneath my dark-dusty home. We stopped at the two hour point for the sake of practicality, the age of my old above grade mobile home and for expense reasons. I will deal with the leak moving forward, with my pump/house exterior shut off valve. These are good people.

I just got back from a two week vacation and there was an unexpected freeze, which caused the faucet in my outdoor kitchen to burst off and shoot a water geyser straight up into the air. By the time I caught it, there was at least an inch of water all over the floor. I turned off the water to the house, got my son to shop vac the water, called Hall And Sons, and they sent Luke and Billy out within 45 minutes of my call. There was an emergency situation going on all over the state and I was so pleased that as a former customer, I was given such great service. Luke and Billy solved the problem within 15 minutes, turned my house water back on, and now everything is working perfectly. Once again, I knew I could count on Hall And Sons to provide outstanding and professional service. Thank you so much guys! I will continue to use your services and recommend you to everyone I know.

We had a wonderful experience with Hall & Sons! They replaced the original cast iron plumbing in our house with PVC and were excellent to work with. Always on time, very friendly & professional, and gave clear explanations on what their plans were. One portion of the original plumbing was running under a large shrub in front of our house and the team spent the extra time and energy to re-route the plumbing so we would not have to cut the shrub down. I am very impressed with Hall & Sons and will use them again when needed!

This was the first time I used Hall and Sons. I noticed them in my neighborhood a few times. Everything about the service was great. When I called, they answered right away. The lady who helped me had a good understanding about my plumbing issues and anticipated well what it was going to take to fix them. She was able to get me scheduled very quickly. The technician who came out was very polite and accommodating. He did an excellent job in a short amount of time. He put back everything back the way it was before and left zero mess behind. What’s really nice is that after one hour, they charge in 15 minute increments. I will definitely use Hall and Sons again!

Without a doubt I made the right choice in choosing Hall and Sons to do a repipe in my house due to a slab leak. I got an estimate from one of the other corporate entities in town but Hall and Sons sold me on how thorough they were during the estimation process. The owner, Gary Hall, spent about an hour and half with me looking at all possible scenarios, even going into the attic himself. The crew that were here for about 5 days were amazing. Luke, Billy, Anthony and Tommy were all thorough, informative and professional but were even better men! Do not hesitate to call Hall and Sons in the future if you need plumbing services. They have a customer for life. 5 stars all day long!

We had to replace our water heater and Hall & Sons made it a seamless and pleasant experience from the initial call to the final installation! Donnie and his team did awesome work on the job site and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. No gimmicks, tricks, or games - Just friendly, professional service from start to finish, fair and upfront pricing, and a quality install. 10/10 - Highly recommend.

Travis & Jared did a wonderful job! I had to get my backed up drain piping cleared &they were super kind & explained everything thoroughly. They answered all my questions and then some. The job got done within 2 hours & they were able to come same day. Very grateful!

Travis did an excellent job. He arrived on time and went right to work to solve our problem. Despite several setbacks he never stopped trying to fix the situation. In the end our problem was fixed and we're very pleased with the Roto Rooter service.

ELDER ABUSE. Do not use this company. They do shoddy work and it takes constant badgering to get them to fix. My mother spent 1000s of dollars with them to have her pump melt from over heating. Take your business elsewhere.

Travis tech#4208 is great. He was honest and explained everything to me so I understood. He didn't push any service on me. If I ever need service again I will request Travis. Thanks for your honesty and compassion Travis. You deserve 10 stars!!!!!!!

My plumbing tech and helper were professional polite, and positive! They really wanted to come through for me—which they did.

Excellent service I was able to schedule a last minute appointment for a saturday to address a leak. Travis arrived on time, ready, and willing to fix my problem. He was an expert in his craft and able to answer all my questions no matter how trivial. He left me feeling 100% confident in the quality of his work.

The gentleman came out to free up a clog in my outside drain. They were professional and caring. They did a great job trying to clear the pipe. He explained the entire process and helped me to understand why the drain was not doing its job. I would highly recommend them to anyone having drain problems. Thank you again for your help.
