Had my septic tank pumped out today by Cody. He was great! He let my kid watch the entire time and also tried to help me with a separate issue while here. He was quick and very personable and helpful.

On the other hand, someone prior to him came and told me that the reason was the septic tabj and that is not the problem. I crawled under my house myself and have leaking pipes and the clog is INSIDE my home. The septic tank did not need to be pumped. I appreciate the guy who pumped it, but it was essentially money I did not need to spend. Now, I have to get an emergency plumber to come tonight to stop the leaks and clog inside my home.

Timely service. Evan explained what he was doing every step. Quick repair. Went above the norm on clean up.

Evan was proffesional and courteous and did a great job with the install in a timely manner as well as clean up after install. First time using Hall & Sons and like that they are local and Veteran owned and will use again if and when needed for Plumbing issues and recommend them.

Great experience with this company, originally scheduled to do just a faucet install, but a couple days before schedule, main pipe spring a leak and they pivoted to do both.

Luke was Great. Cleaned up after himself. He explained everything and made us feel better about a bad situation. Will definitely call them again.

Stan and his partner were wonderful. Great solution to my problem, as well as suggestions for how to best accomplish additional projects I showed him. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and competent. I will definitely be using Hall and Sons Plumbing for my future projects. Update: I hated the shower head in my bathroom so I hired Stan again from Hall & Sons and not only he give me excellent advice on what and where to buy the apparatus but he did a perfect installation. This guy is a superstar of his profession. Update 7-3-24: Again had Stan out to help with some clog issues, which he not only easily solved, but showed me some great easy fixes to keep this from happening again. Hall and Sons are definitely customer service oriented. I will always turn to them for any plumbing issues.

I use Hall and Sons at all my properties for water softener installations, sinks, showers, and all plumbing needs. They are the best!

Evan Thompson arrived on time & was a delight to work with. He came in and got right to work. With any home projects more problems than the initial problem will arise.. and this was the case for me. (Yay home ownership). Evan informed me of what the additional issue was and how he would fix it. He was kind, courteous and quick. The additional work raised my final bill about 160 dollars between time and materials.. BUT it was work that absolutely needed to get done & I was very appreciative of Evan’s ability to get it done. From my initial call to the office to Evan coming out my experience is a 10/10. I didn’t catch the women’s name in the office who initially took my call but she was awesome too.. she was able to give me an estimate when other places wouldn’t. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Great experience with this company. I would recommend to others and hopefully I will not need them in the future.. but if a problem arises they will be the first company I call, & request Evan.

The responsiveness, helpfulness, and professionalism of this company is top notch! The technicians explained every necessary part of their process and confirmed I was happy with the completed work before leaving. They worked in a timely manner and had reasonable pricing for labor and parts.

Gary visited first to assess our 1968 home’s plumbing needs and worked to get us scheduled quickly.
The original galvanized pipes hadn’t yet failed but were corroded with rust and minerals (which is no surprise for that age).
Tyler and Evan began work April 8th.
We went with pex pipes which they ran to 6 sinks, 3 showers, 3 toilets, washing machine, and ice dispenser with minimal drywall access points and as little water shut off down-time as possible. For the finale they reworked the outside irrigation and replaced hose bibs, which also turned out excellent! The process took roughly 5 days. Both employees were personable and willing to please while dealing with tight attic space and warm weather. They cleaned up very well after each days work and kept an eye out for our escape artist pets along the way.
We now have water pressure in our old home and couldn’t be more excited for it!
A military discount was provided, which we are grateful for. Thanks to all!
