My neighbor recommended Hall & Sons Plumbing. They did a great job on several repairs that were required. They showed up early, and were very professional.

Made the call expected for at least 3 -7 days to get work done, but I have to say that I was very impressed with Hall & Son’s call center Madison made it happen. I received same day service. The plumber was very polite and professional. Hall & Son got my vote for future work.

Totally professional, equipment and repair. Luke, the plumber was exceptional. He explained everything, replaced shutoff valves and added a hot water recirculating valve on my water heater, checked carefully for leaks and function, then cleaned everything up.This valve works perfectly and gives you instant hot water from any faucet or shower. No more running the water for minutes to shower or wash dishes. This is the second time I’ve used them and I highly recommend Hall and Sons Plumbing.

I was going to install my new toilet myself, but after I removed it I found a broken flange. This was beyond my skill set. Hall and Sons Plumbing was recommended to me. They were here within 24 hours, fixed the flange and installed my new toilet quickly and even caulked the bottom. Evan Thompson was courteous, friendly and did a great job. Their pricing was reasonable. He even took away my old toilet. I was very pleased and I would highly recommend Hall and Sons Plumbing.

He constantly kept me abreast of what he was doing and showed me where the leak was and after he fixed it, he showed me the problem was fixed. Needed a new water heater after the old one finally gave out. Scheduling with them was easy. They were able to get me on the books within a week even after the recent cold snap! The two technicians who came out were professional and did a great job removing the old unit from a tight, awkward location and installing the new one. While I'm sure it wasn't easy working in that small area they were very thorough and made sure everything was done right. I would highly recommend them and will call again for sure whenever we need more services. There was a reason why they were voted best in Jax and it showed!
