Could not be happier with Roto Rooter and Travis our technician! We had an emergency with my shower valve breaking and had to shut the water off to the whole house to keep it from running nonstop. Placed a call to Roto Rooter and they were out in about an hour, knew exactly what to do and was done in no time. Travis was excellent in explaining what needed to be done and made me feel comfortable with choosing the right options for us. Will call them from now on!

Travis showed up on time. And after explaining the problem he knew exactly what to do. We went over pricing and how long the job will take. He was professional and cleaned behind himself.

We experienced a minor emergency with the toilet in a guest bathroom. Travis arrived within 90 minutes of our call. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with several repair options. We decided to replace the existing toilet and Travis completed the entire job in about two hours. Great service as expected from Roto-Rooter. Travis has our vote for employee of the month.

Gordon did a great job of repairing/replacing a leaky sink drain installed last year by a contractor. Work area was left clean and in good working order. He offered advice about periodically maintaining the drain. Very pleased with quality of service.

Travis was amazing!!!! It was a Saturday and I had a catastrophic flooding and water issues. Roto rooter helped right away. Great communication and timing.
