We had a difficult plumbing job in our bathroom that Jerry tackled saving us a lot of money by working it so we didn't need to open a wall or remove tile. He also quickly installed a water shut-off valve in our garage. He is someone you can trust, a master licensed plumber. He will also give you the absolutely fairest price. We now know who to call for any plumbing or bathroom remodeling job and highly recommend Jerry Ward of Everybody's Plumbing.

When the shut off valve under my sink broke off in the wall. We called several plumbers and no one could come same day except Everybody's Plumbing. They arrived within an hour, had the pipe fixed quickly, and the price was less than expected. Thank you!

You WON'T find any better!!! Called to replace tub drain. He was at my place in 10 minutes while on his way to another job, and completed his job in 15 minutes. Being so close, he didn't charge me a service call fee. Great to know I have a reliable plumber when needed.

Jerry was quick professional and a pleasure to speak and work with. He installed my Tankless water heater. Everything went amazing well. I will recommend and use again.

Excellent service!! My grandmother had to call for a plumber to come out today (We all know how crappy that can be). Mr Jerry Ward showed up immediately! We have never had a plumber respond so quickly. He made her feel her job was priority and was very professional and courteous. The bathroom is back up and running, grandma's happy and now has a plumber for life! It takes a lot for my grandma to like anyone she has to pay money to 😝 i highly recommend EVERYBODY'S PLUMBING

Came over on a Saturday almost immediately to replace my entire bath/shower head and the valve in the wall. We couldn’t turn the water off so the entire house had to be shut off. Finished in 2.5 hours and rounded down to two hours on the price. Everything was done quickly and correct, and he took the time to replace the square he cut out from the opposite wall. Excellent experience.

Gerald was awesome. He was able to come out 20 mins after I called and help with what I needed. Price was very reasonable and he did a great job. I'll be using him again if I run into any plumbing issues. Highly recommend him.

I hired a handyman to install a new toilet. After 3 attempts over 2 weeks to seat the toilet, it continued to leak, and he quit responding to my texts. I went to AngiesList to search for a plumber. I selected Everybodys Plumbing Company primarily because it had an A rating and was nearby on the Westside. I received a reasonable estimate from Jerry and an appointment was scheduled. He determined the flange was cracked and some bolts had been assembled incorrectly. He fixed the problem and left. The next day I noticed some additional water, but it didn’t seem to be coming from underneath. I contacted Jerry and he came out again that afternoon. He quickly determined there was additional leaking between the back of the toilet and the base. He separated the two parts and found the seal was put on incorrectly. He re-manipulated the seal into its’ octagonal shape, reinstalled it, and reattached the back to the base. He also cleaned out the fill valve that had collected some debris causing the toilet to fill slowly. I was half-anticipating there would be an additional charge because the problems were not related and he made an extra trip. What I got was an apology from Jerry that he didn’t see the problem on his 1st trip. That’s refreshing. If you need an experienced plumber, someone dedicated to doing the job right, call or text Jerry.

Had Jerry out for a repair. Although his work was satisfactory, he arrived two hours late and only after my spouse called him to inquire whether or not he was going to come at all. Even though initial impression was unfavorable, due to lateness and no call, we decided to give Jerry a call when experiencing a recent problem with a kitchen faucet. Contacted Jerry three times via voicemail and texts (texted due to no response from leaving voicemail). He completely gave us the “run around” and on the third attempt, stated he would “get back to me with a time that he could come out on Wednesday.” Never heard back from Jerry. Guess he’s not “Everybody’s Plumber” after all 😳

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service. Jerry was beyond wonderful - patient, communicative and listened to a page-long list of issues. He immediately knew the needed fix and was finished in a flash. Could not recommend Everybody's Plumbing Company and Jerry in particular more. Thank you!!!

OK Can't say enough about Jerry from Everybody's Plumbing. I am an out of area owner with a young adult child living in a home in the area. Sewers were backed up everywhere and it was a crisis. My husband would have driven 5 hours each way to come deal with it but he is on a trip 3,000 miles away. Jerry was the only Plumber I called that even answered the phone. Left messages with at least 5 and am still waiting to hear back from any of them more than 24 hours later. At 3:45 yesterday I got him on the phone while he was with another client and he came right over after he was done there. Based on our conversation he did say the job may be too big for him if we needed to have a camera run to see where the issue was but said he would come check it out anyway. He showed up, called me and honestly referred me to bigger companies that would save me money if they had to do the camera scope. Did not charge me a dime for the assessment. Who does that? A great contractor, that's who. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. Fast forward to today one of the companies came out and handled our issue and he cared enough to ask me to update him. Can't thank him enough and will refer him to others whenever possible. Great guy!

Jerry was most helpful. he showed up on time, hooked up my fridge icemaker, changed washer hoses, put in extra cutoff and drain saddle for water machine and fixed bath sink drain and even took extra time to review ideas on changing to tankless water heater. Total bill $230 You can't get better attention and service anywhere. Kudos Everybody's Plumbing!

I had the good fortune to have Jerry at Everybidys Plumbing recommended to me several years ago. I have had plumbing issues and have called him to replace everything from faucets to garbage disposals. Jerry always answers promptly and has always been able to respond right away when we need him. I realize this might not always be the case depending on where he is or if he’s involved in another project, but he can always tell you when he can arrive.

I have found the service call and repair charges to be very reasonable...more so than I experienced with others in the past before he was recommended to me. There is never anything messy or dirty when he leaves. He is pleasant to work with, takes time to explain what caused your problem and how to prevent the same problem in the future.

He IS my plumber. I highly recommend Everybody’s Plumbing. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Jerry did a great job and was very informative. He found the slab leak and jack hammered the cement to get to the leaking pipe. I’ve used many plumbers in the past Being a real estate investor and Jerry’s company, Everybody’s Plumbing, has been the best I’ve ever worked with. He was on time, his price was reasonable and he did a great job and cleaned up after. I had several other estimates from larger companies and I’m so glad I went with Jerri and Everybody’s Plumbing! I highly recommend him with confidence to anyone.

After finding out we had a slab leak in our home, we spoke with a few different plumbers on advice and quotes to repair or re-pipe. I got so many different opinions, and absurd quotes. Finally, spoke to Jerry at Everybody's Plumbing and he gave me great, honest advise right from the start. He was out to the house in just a couple hours from contact to asses the leak. Once I called him back to set up the appointment to repair, he fit us in right away. He was able to come even earlier than he thought and had the leak fixed much quicker than I anticipated. Friendly, prompt,reasonably priced and did a great job. Definitely will use him again for any plumbing needs!!

What you get with Jerry is Jerry. Not a novice in training but the expert who does all the work himself, along with his helper Kevin. He gave me advice before I hired him and quoted me a fair price. He did the work correctly and in a timely manner. He was concerned about protecting my home from any damage that might happen during the course of his work. I know about plumbing and he took no shortcuts. He is now my plumber and you should contact him because he'll be your plumber too.

Gerald is truly just a great guy. Sadly he was out of town when our garbage disposal went out but he talked to me over the phone and walked us through fixing it and saved us $200 in after hour charges from another plumbing company and however much else it would have been to actually fix the disposal. I would recommend anyone to him and the 24 hour service is great. The fact he took the time to help us free of charge over the weekend while he was spending time with his family says a lot about the guy. Very genuine and knowledgable 10/10, 5 stars. 100% WILL CALL AGAIN.

We were in need of a plumber last minute, so we could close out a project for a customer of ours. Found them through Google search on a Friday. Jerry was willing to come out that evening, but we decided Saturday morning at 9am. He showed up on time and completed the plumbing for two bathroom vanities the same day and for a very fair price.
