Jerry did an amazing job! The bathtub was gushing water behind the wall and on to the bedroom floor. Jerry came in and saved the
day! He worked fast, cleaned up after himself, and reasonably priced!

Jerry is your man. No need to look else where. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He didn’t try to up sell or create any concerns. He assessed the situation told me his thoughts on what was needed (it wasn’t the most expensive option) and what was not needed. Worked on a couple of extra things while he was here at my request and pricing was more than fair. Jerry stands behind his work and was available for all questions. 10 out of 10

Jerry was absolutely wonderful. Super flexible and professional. I thought I would have to wait at least a day to get our garbage disposal fixed but it was a matter of maybe 2 hours that he got it all done. Definitely keeping his number for next time!

Jax Drainfield, Ross Grant, did a superb job at replacing our drain field. He is polite, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, & a pleasure to have worked with. He couldn't have been more conscientious about the job. I'd recommend he and his company to anyone. I wish there were more folks like him with his work ethic out there!

Grant's Plumbing recently installed a new drainfield to replace the old field at our residence that was no longer functioning correctly. The work, from initial inspection to the final hookup to the existing septic tank was carried out in a highly competent manner by Ross Grant, a true professional. Ross Grant has been AMAZING! We have been dealing with a lot of sub par companies and Ross has just been such a breath of fresh air. He does everything by the book with permits and has gone above and beyond to help us fix numerous problems with our old house. I will be using and recommending him for everything!

My drain field failed and I called 3 companies for estimates. Two were larger companies and were less responsive and more expensive. Grant's was very professional and did a great job. He worked with the state (they originally said I needed a mound) to convince them my field should be in ground. After completing the work I found a leak on Sunday evening, they came out early Monday morning and fixed it. I would highly recommend this company if you need septic tank or drain field work. They return calls quickly and are very professional.

This is an incredible septic company to work with. After receiving misinformation from a competitor, I was hard pressed to find a septic replacement within a short timeframe to meet a closing date for property I was selling. Not only did Grant’s Plumbing thoroughly explain the process to me and keep me updated, they were a pleasure to work with. Even my realtor saved their info!

I can't say enough nice things about Grant's Plumbing! The owner took the time to explain the process of replacing the septic tank and drainfield. He was thorough and gave me information about variables and costs. He really took the time to review my septic inspection report and go over everything with me. I felt that he was very honest and upfront about the pricing and time frame and immediately trusted him to take care of the project for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were initially told that our septic drain field needed to be replaced and that it would cost $20k-30k. Grant's plumbing gave us a second opinion at almost half that price, had the health department assess our property a second time to get our mound lowered, and ended up refunding us for sand that they didn't end up needing to use. Ross and Jennifer were very communicative and did a great job explaining the issue to us and breaking down the cost of the project. I'm really glad we ended up using them and have already recommended them to a neighbor. They're a trustworthy company and I would call them in the future if I had issues.
