Chansi was amazing!! I had to call for emergency service for my septic tank and he showed up at 4:30 and had my tank back to normal by 5:15. He was professional courteous and so nice! He found my tank in 30 seconds like he can see underground. I will definitely be keeping him on a regular schedule!

In an emergency situation, we had to call Metro Rooter, recommended by Blocker’s Septic in Fernandina Beach, for a septic issue causing toilets to not flush correctly. The contact person was very professional and said I would have someone here within an hour. Chansi P was our service tech and from the moment he arrived on time until he took total care of finding the root of our problem being just a switch and us having him go ahead and pump our septic system, he was professional, kind, very knowledgeable about all we were having issues. Having a smiling, happy to help attitude is worth so much for your company. He deserves a pay raise in my book. Coming out on a Sunday afternoon and taking care of us…priceless. Had our septic tank serviced today by Cody! Cody was fantastic! I had no knowledge of really anything pertaining to the tank, or the the state it was in as we have very recently moved to the property. He was very informative every step of the way! Explained what had happened and was causing the problems as well as preventative measures to take to ensure it didn’t happen again! Will 100% recommend them to any and everyone who may need the service they provide! As it was top tier!

Chansi and Tyler came to bail us out of an unknown septic backup issue. They were very friendly and personable. Best of all of they were intent on getting the issue resolved and therefore making us very happy to have working toilets. I have the used company several times before and the experience is always positive.

I am the manager of an Italian restaurant. Today I had Mr. Bill and Mr. Tom come out to do some much needed work. In fact they stepped in and completed a task (jetting greese ) that I had paid another company to do. I can tell you that I will be spreading the word on the excellent job they did. Tyler was awesome… so awesome I left a review for Gainesville location by accident. Tyler did an awesome job with our septic tank pump out!
