Service Tech was friendly and helpful. Not only were his suggestions and recommendations appreciated, but they resulted in us proceeding with the purchase and installation of a new Bradford White Hybrid Water Heater.

Although he arrived a bit later than first thought, we were advised by the company.

He was able to install the new WH, per our requests and did a fine job.

Charlie came out and texted prior to attendance. The appmt set up and scheduling was prompt and efficient. The representative, Charlie, showed up in marked company vehicle and professional dressing. He was clean and friendly and knowledgeable answering all of our questions & more. We appreciated all the options and information to consider. The report or summary and photo of his findings was a nice touch we did not expect. My husband and I appreciated that he went above & beyond by calling the office and various depts. to find out more about scheduling, financing, unit operations and pros and cons of each. There was no high pressure sales and they even allowed us time to discuss further in private. I have heard of David Gray Plumbing, Elec, and HVAC for more than 20 yrs in the city and I can see why! We are pleased to be able to have same day analysis and are even able to get same week installations of both inside and outside units. What a big investment, a home! Our water bill more than doubled this month. We called David Gray for their leak detection services and they came out same day, identified multiple leaks (old plumbing coming to the end of its life). Fortunately, they were able to start the next day and we have been exceptionally pleased with their technicians. Although, we had 4 - 5 technicians working at a time, they kept the disruption to a minimum.And even more important, they minimized the times the water would be off and gave us advance notice to allow us to use the facilities prior to the shutoff. (lol, I felt like a child being reminded to go before embarking on a long car ride…). All were respectful of our property and cleaned up every day before leaving. They also got high marks from our Corgi for their considerate belly rubs at the start of the day! And not once did they forget to close the gates and allow her to escape, which was a problem with the plumbing company we used in the past. I’d give the technicians assigned to us more than 5 stars if I could.

My service technician (Brady) arrived right on time, (maybe a little early). Brady was to troubleshoot my hot water heater. Brady was very professional, answered all my questions and even showed me a couple of things about my water heater. I recommend David Gray Plumbing.

Cody came to replace my garage disposal. He was on time, extremely courteous and offered many suggestions for the work to be completed. David Gray and their Plumber Chase did a great job of connecting an automatic water shut off device at my house. They came out quickly and did the work very efficiently and with a great attitude. He the time to explain what they were doing and afterwards took me through the process of how the device works. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

From the beginning conversation to the finished install-David Gray continues to impress. The coordination from service to sales to installation and follow-up was seamless and quick! The company is professional, timely and always courteous. The Installation crew left the garage immaculate, and all materials from the old unit were taken away. Help came immediately in weekend. Cost on the higher end but pleasent workmen and excellent water heater replacement, you can tell it was done by a knowledgeable professional. Very pleased with the new tank. and work done.I got charged an additional 199. for service plan I did not request. When serviceman gave me the flyer I twice confirmed it was free. After I spoke with management I was told I got a 500. Discount which I was not informed and if I want to cancel the service plan, I would need to pay the company an additional 500.

We received updates regarding our technician and when he would arrive. The technician was professional and amiable. He used shoe covers as requested. Fixed the leak quickly and left the area clean. He checked our water meter for further evidence of water leaks and found there was an issue with our irrigation system. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company.

Brendan was awesome! He was very professional and personable and did a superb job. I do not like the price however they were very considerate in the overall and I am very delighted that I called this company and would use them again.

I had a broken pipe near my water main that was apparently damaged by JEA while they were upgrading my meter and did not take responsibility. I was without water for over a day and I called David Gray for assistance. Dominic came out first thing the next morning and had the repair done within 4 hours. He also advise me how to proceed with JEA whom I have filed a claim and complaint with.

Always happy with the service. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient on repairs and installations. Definitely worth the maintenance plan and checkups. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with a home. Just had Andrew install a Generc generator. Very professional and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. Always nice to be able to call for service when ever an issue arises and know you will be taken care of.
